Chipotle Mexican Grill

Amazingly a great treat and filling. Ingredients were fresh and yummy!
Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
The only drawback is/was annoying flies in the restaurant.
I highly suggest y'all get rid of those flies!
It may cost y'all customers and I'm one of them!

My wife and I have anaphylactic food allergies. Your servers Joe and Emma at this location, when I told them my allergies, thoroughly washed their hands, wiped down the surfaces and checked for any of my [dairy] allergy in the other bins by accident. They truly made me feel safe and offered a service I rarely receive at restaurants like this. Chipotle needs more workers like Joe and Emma, I sincerely say again, thank you for making us feel so safe & cared for! We will come back to this location specifically just because of them!!!

On Friday, February 25th, 2022, my fiancé and I stopped into Chipotle Mexican Grill, located in Collegetown Center in Glassboro. I told the counter person, Chris, that we had never been there before, so we weren't exactly sure how to order, and he broke it down for us. Chris walked us through the ordering process and made it super simple. Thanks again, Chris, for helping us newbies! The food was super fresh. I got the chicken burrito with brown rice, roasted peppers, queso, corn, and salsa. 🌯 My fiancé got the steak, brown rice, roasted peppers, corn, and queso bowl. They were both super yummy.

Then the next day, Saturday, the 26th, my fiancé ordered us door dash, but that was from the Sicklerville Chipotle.

That's how good it was; we ate it two days in a row!!

I was here on Sunday 9/24 & I just wanted to shoutout the girl at the drive thru window with blonde hair and glasses…I have been here several times before through the drive thru pickup and my experience with her was the same every time- she’s extra nice & very considerate and has such a warm attitude ☺ I have experience working in this industry so I know how hard it can be to keep such a positive attitude alot of the time, so I just wanted to call her out for consistently being such a sweetheart !! Keep it up & thank you everyone at this location for your hard work !!

I was so sceptic based on the reviews but decided to give it a chance because my family and I were really craving chipotle. So we went ahead and gave it a try. To our surprise, it was amazing. The food was so fresh and the atmosphere was so pleasant and clean. The servers were nice and the burrito was so juicy and they put everything we asked for. We give it 5 stars.

We’ve ordered from this chipotle in the past and it’s always been pretty good (I think once they forgot cheese). However, tonight we ordered 2 veggie burrito bowls and they were EXCELLENT! Hopefully this quality continues because it was ready when I arrived at the window and the quantity and quality surpassed many of my chipotle orders in the past (from other restaurants). Keep up the good work!

I was previously very disappointed with Chipotle in Washington township so I was apprehensive about trying this one. I also saw the review previously posted and maybe I got lucky, however our food was perfect. Excellent quality, quantity and timeliness. Portions were excellent not at all skimpy! Thank you for getting it perfect.

I love chipotle and this location is so convenient as a Rowan student. There food is always so good and fresh. As well as the manger Brandon is so sweet and helpful!! Highly recommend!

Shoutout to Dan and his crew! They did a phenomenal job. Look forward to seeing the team next time I’m in.

Order from here pretty regularly as its close to work. Order has always been right. They're just out of random things sometimes towards the end of the night. If you wait until right before they close there's going to be a wait, and chances are they'll be out of things. Staff has always been friendly and had no issues.

Staff were all working very hard! Was a decent line but got through quick. Everything was great! Will be back.

I love this restaurant! Megan is the best worker here and she does an amazing job with her friendly customer service skills!

Lot of bad reviews, but every experience I've had has been pretty good. Staff is helpful and reasonable, and they have never gotten my order wrong.

this chipotle gave me the best service ever, they truly know what “customer service” means, im happy to come here every single time !

Much improved from 1 star to a 5 the new manager whipped this place into shape keeps me from avoiding it like i used too to now going exclusively !
