I was surprised to see this rated below a 4! We had a great time at Milkweed on Sunday. It was busy and it is a little cramped inside but nothing too bad, we were still comfortable and able to enjoy ourselves. Less than 20 min wait. I don’t blame them for the space, they’re working with what they got and the decor is adorable. Food was amazing, everything came out in a timely manner despite the crowd. Waitress was sweet. Will definitely be back! Keep in mind it’s cash only but there is an ATM right outside. Also the bathroom is perfect for taking selfies 🤳

I held my daughter's baby shower here with about 35 guests and it was perfect . The food was delicious and the staff was kind and accommodating and the decor was super cute . Everything went smooth and we were very happy with our choice to have her shower here !

I picked Milkweed table and market to host my sister bridal shower and they truly out did them self. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. It was so easy to work with Alex setting everything up preparing for the day. And the staff that were there were amazing and so catering.

I loved this place! Atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful! Food was sooo good!! If ya want to try somewhere comfy with great food and a relaxing atmosphere eat here!! I will be back. I had the prosciutto, moz cheese, arugula and fig jam sandwhich, it was so tasty. My friend had the short rib tacos and she said they were the best!! Oh we also tried the beignets...wow they were awesome, fresh and hot!

Food was so good and so fresh!! Absolutely tasty menu options. Comfy, bright, homey environment. Happy employees. Very nice experience.

Dined here for the first time yesterday, I was very pleased with the experience. I loved the esthetic, very cute and cozy. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Seating is limited and the place itself isn’t that large. Luckily, we didn’t have any issue during our visit. I can see where this can cause issues and leave people upset if they come and it’s busy. The food was great and there’s a good menu to choose from, no complaints at all. I especially loved their iced coffee. It is cash only, which can be inconvenient if you stopped in as a first timer, not expecting it.
Overall, I loved my experience and would definitely come back! I would recommend it to friends as well!

Unless you want to cross the bridge for brunch, you really do not need to since this gem is in town. Milkweed is a standout brunch establishment set amidst the quaint shops of downtown Pitman, NJ. The ambiance is relaxing, as the owners, Alex and Elena, want their clients to experience not only the food, but the environment. Their menu is not vast, but the sweet and savory offerings will cater to any palette. One must absolutely try the southern biscuits with seasonal flavored butters while sipping a latte. I have now brunched with them six times and have enjoyed all that I have ordered. Their waitstaff is attentive, friendly, and happy to help. Kids are welcomed, and furry friends are often seen outside on their front patio area. And while the establishment is cash only, if you're planning on coming, just stop at the ATM or use the one on premises. If you look around, you'll observe that a ton of love went into every detail of this hot spot, and that it was done so that every customer could savor their time spent at Milkweed Table and Market.

Super cute, brightly lit, calm colored cafe. It’s my 1st time here with my husband and newborn. They accommodated us appropriately. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Latte was great. Definitely coming back!

We had our engagement party here and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been here once before for brunch with family and everything was amazing but their privates events are even better.

The space is gorgeous. Everything is so aesthetically pleasing and they add a personal touch to everything for the event. They even had the outdoor space set up beautifully and everyone felt very warm even on a February day!

The food was delicious as always! We did buffet style and my guest couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything tasted. Everyone raved about the coffee and latte flavor selection. The menu is so fun and they have dishes that I’ve never seen at other restaurants. The chef really knows how to make it special and even had some great recommendations when I was picking my menu.

The service was unmatched. Everyone was so welcoming and continued to check on all of our guest throughout the event. They went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly.

I would 100% recommended this place to anyone for private events or just to come grab brunch with your family and friends. Sandy and her team made our day so special and personable. My family and friends had such a great time!

Enjoyed the most delicious brunch @ Milkweed Table today. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm, & inviting, The staff were friendly and on top of service, and the Food was well above expectations! 🦞 Lobster Eggs Benedict was the best I ever had! Don’t pass on the French Toast Sticks. Their menu was so well created that we had a hard time choosing. We will definitely be returning to try more.

The food here is some of the best I've ever had. I love the decor too, very chic. And it was clean! I sat outside area in back and it was beautiful and well maintained. Service was great and the food came out promptly. The only bad thing I can say is that there is a cash only policy, which is slightly annoying if you're like me and tend to not carry cash often. They do have an ATM of course, but you'll have to pay it's $3 fee to use it. But, the food and atmosphere are so good, this is hardly a reason to not go. I'll definitely be back again.

Went to milkweed for the first time on Sunday, Nov 14. I moved to the area in late 2020 and upset I didn’t visit sooner. There is indoor and outdoor seating available (heaters outside), bar seats, a few high tops, and lots of tables that can be added together for larger parties. Went around 11ish which is obviously prime time brunch, seated within 20 minutes. Pitman is great as there are little stores you can browse through if/when you have to wait. Since it was our first time we ordered a bunch of things- the farmers Benedict with scrapple, the homemade biscuits with seasonal butter, brown butter/sage pierogies, blue berry French toast, and a simple eggs your way (perfectly cooked over medium). Everything came out nice and hot and to not mention, was delicious. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Will certainly be back within the week! Next time I will be sure to bring a bottle of champagne to pour into their fresh OJ.

I love this cute little breakfast place. I ordered the fried chicken and eggs Benedict sandwich with the fries. It was so good! The fries were flavorful and crispy. I love the décor, and our server was welcoming too! Great place!

LOVED this place. We were in town visiting and had to stop in. We had a group of 6 adults + 3 kids and they were very accommodating. The inside is cozy, and the decor is beautiful. Everyone loved their food, the menu had so many options with some interesting combinations. I especially loved they could make accommodations for gluten free (I had the caprese sandwich and it was to die for). Two things to note: it’s BYOB and cash only! Recommend a reservation if you’re going on a weekend or have a group. We will definitely visit again next time we’re in town!

It is HARD to find a good breakfast joint, so I’m glad we finally found one!! This place is amazing. We ordered the cookie butter latte, donut egg, side of breakfast potatoes, banana-blueberry pancakes & short rib omelette. All for only $50 and didn’t have a single complaint about any of the drinks/food. Best latte I ever had. The staff are all super friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cozy and aesthetically pleasing.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm. It's probably one of the best restaurants I've been at. Nina, my server was one of the best servers that I've had in a while.

Ordered the Chicken Waffle Benedict Breakfast Meal. Everything was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. Will be telling friends and family but above all, will be Returning! A Fantastic dining experience that you MUST Try!!!
