They answered right away when I had any questions. They called before they came. The cleaning technician was directly on time. He knew what his job was and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend their service!

I called to get an estimate on getting one room cleaned and was given a price. Once the carpet cleaner arrived he had several different kinds of cleaning, which should have been explained over the phone. Needless to say, I was given the cheapest pricing over the phone which isn't what I ended up going with. I feel the company is misleading. I had an appointment time, when no one showed I called, come to find out he wasn't told about the appointment so he came over 2 hours late. So that on top of the surprise pricing, I would not recommend this company. I didn't even bother to call for some kind of discount compensation for him being so late. Not to mention the job wasn't that great, but he was very nice.
