We received a 30-day warranty with our vehicle purchase, which says a lot about the confidence in the vehicles being sold. They even did a house call when we had a minor issue with the security system. I highly recommend this place for your used car needs. They go above and beyond to make sure you're a satisfied customer.

Listen to the reviews when they say billy is a great guy! My husband needed a new work truck and we went exploring to a few used car lots and i have to say, out of all the lots we went too B&N was the cleanest and had the best deals & trucks! The trucks we drove on the other lots you could tell we’re not maintained as well as B&N. He was super down to earth and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Super fast with the paperwork, We were in & out within 15-20 min but it felt like 2! Very satisfied with our purchase!

This is where you want to buy a car. Bill is the most straightforward salesperson I've come across. I recently bought a car from B&N. The car was in excellent shape with low miles and offered at a great price. I came over from Philadelphia which is not far at all. Bill is a patient professional who knows his trade and gives the genuine impression that he wants what is best for the customer. Bill will entertain a negotiation and if there's something he can do...he will. If not...he'll tell you. No riddles here. Try doing that at carmax. Bought a Toyota Yaris with over 180,000 miles on it back in February 2023 and 5 months later it's still going strong. The owner treated me with respect, even though I was shopping by myself as a woman who barely knows cars. He likes to talk about his son who's studying for his master's.

As for the car itself it was clean and in decent shape when I first saw it. However, there was an issue with the battery since the car sat in the lot for so long. The owner replaced the battery immediately regardless if I was going to buy the car or not. When I decided to buy the Toyota, he did not charge me for the battery. Since I live in Philly, he took care of the paper work for a new license plate. All I had to do was pick it up in South Philly.

Ever since the battery was replaced, I had no other critical issues with the car that would cause me to pull over. (Non critical issues were: no referigerant, no window washer fluid, worn windshield wipers, and loud TRD muffler which I had replaced)

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, I recommend putting down a deposit on a car that you really want to see. There's no guarantee that the car will be reserved in the lot just by words alone.

I help my daughter purchase a car from Billy and he was a pleasure to work with. She ended up having an issue with the car that he stood behind and fixed without hesitation. I was so impressed with the way he went above and beyond that I purchased another vehicle from him. Again, a pleasure to deal with and very honest about the car history. The Carfax report was detailed and gave me history of the vehicle. The price range ($5k - $12K) of cars on the lot hit the sweet spot I was looking for. One bit of advice, in todays used car market he turns them quick. If you find something you like, buy it because it might not be there tomorrow. I will recommend B & N to anyone in the market. If Billy is not careful, he is going to give used car salesmen a good reputation!

Needed a good starter car for my daughter. Saw one that fit the bill and CARFAX was provided free on the website. After doing a little research, and reading all the glowing reviews, I figured I’d reach out by email. I’d been interested in several of the vehicles I’d seen on the site in the last 6 months, and noticed they seemed to sell fast. Billy, the owner immediately responded and invited me to stop by when I had a free moment. Honestly, I was ready to roll the dice on this car after reading the CARFAX and registration history - it was previously registered to the State Dept as a Diplomat car and also a rental vehicle. We love buying rental cars simply due to excellent maintenance records. We took it for a quick demo ride. I noticed a few minor things- a belt squeal, a small rust area to touch up and something else I don’t recall. I mentioned my concerns to Billy. He listened and assured me he’d take care of them. He held the car for me and had his portable mechanic drop by to fix the minor issues while we got our financing together. Billy’s communication is his strong suit. He responded immediately to every email. Also, this is not a buy here, pay here joint. It’s more a “cash and carry” deal. He does offer a loan application that can be submitted to bank, but we went with a 0% loan from a relative. The cars are better quality than other lots in the area and there is zero high- pressure sales tactics. We purchased the vehicle this past Saturday and the experience was extremely smooth and fast. Since we didn’t finance anything, it was just a matter of signing sales disclosures and title/registration paperwork. While out on our first practice drive, I did notice an issue with the car (strong smell of anti-freeze). This could have been any number of things ranging from minor to catastrophic. I emailed him on Sunday night to ask for help. He’s not even open on Sunday, already had our money in his hands- yet the guy emails me right back. Says, no problem- bring it in, we’ll take care of it for you. He ended up replacing the radiator at no charge. Sir- you have earned my repeat business and I will wholeheartedly refer everyone to you who mentions they need a car in the $5-$15k range. Thank you so much for such a high-level experience. I truly appreciate all your help.

We recently purchased a car from B & N Auto Sales for our daughter. We were looking for something small and reliable. Billy was amazing. He took care of a few cosmetic issues we were concerned about and made sure everything on the car was safe for our new driver. He really cares about people. He is helpful and kind. He gained customers for life in us. He will be returning customers when our youngest daughter starts driving.
