My wife loves this place. When you have pleasant people that love what they do, it's great for your business! The mother and daughter duo that comes along with this store is next to none. The two goes above and beyond to tru and take care of your needs no matter how crazy your needs are. They are very patient in helping you find what you need by all means.. If you're from this area you definitely should make this beauty supply store for number one option!

Nice friendly environment. The girls are quick and accurate. I loved my hair style. The prices are lower than most hair/braid shops around. My granddaughter and I both got our hair done in less than 3 hours. Small box braids.

The ladies in there are super polite and personable. The store is fully stocked with everything I need. It's clean and it's well organized. I've visited twice and it was a great experience each time. I highly recommend this place!!

Please go in and see that you are treated with kindness and respect! The owner is knowledgeable and patient. She used to work at the store in Woodbury. But I will never go back to that store as my experiences at Essence have been much, much better!!

Absolutely love this place!! Stopped in today to grab a few bottles of toner and some deep conditioner. I usually go to Sally Beauty in Deptford. I won't be going there anymore! I should have been going to Essence. I always passed by, but never knew it was there. I found it by searching online. They have the same products Sally Beauty carries and I spent dollars less per box on the EXACT same toners. I also checked out their prices on the bleach and supplies I bought at Sally on Friday and was so mad! I spent $6.00 more on the EXACT same bleach just by buying it at Sally. I won't be going there again. Essence is closer to my house and the prices are so much more reasonable! The biggest plus? They actually carry a type of Olaplex called Plex! Oh and if you like wigs and extensions, go to Essence. They have a nice selection!

They have awesome prices and a HUGE variety of products from hair to skin to make up. A ton of curly/natural hair care and also a whole wall of hair accessories like head bands and such. Everyone is so nice and helpful too

This was one of the top beauty supply stores I’ve visited. They had cute press on nails, cute synthetic/human hair wigs, and accessories. 10/10 keep it up !!!

Always friendly and helpful! Pricing is the same as any beauty supply. If you don't see a product, they usually try and order it for you. Recommend!

They have alot of beauty products.... for your face and hair... can be pricey for certain items... but nice place if you can't if it at the hair store in the middle of woodbury
