Merryman's Pub

First visit, finally! This place was great. Excellent server, delicious food and drinks, and the building is so cool. It was also very clean, including the restrooms. I did not get a chance to take photos because my baby niece was with us- they quickly accommodated a party of 6 while busy, and they were very gracious and welcoming of a 10 month old. Looking forward to returning again.

We came in for a family dinner/anniversary celebration for my in-laws and had an AMAZING experience. The food was great and the service was 10/10. We had 4 kids with us, one a 8 month old. Staff was so kind in helping us with the stroller, high chair, kid food came out first, and everyone was so kind. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

Cute place to go and get food with your loved one or family and enjoy a nice dinner. My boyfriend and I sat inside since it was hot outside (summer weather!) and was really nice and air conditioned. Food came out quick and it was delicious. I got the fried shrimp with fries. It was delicious! We also got the Reeces Cheesecake. It was pretty good, the breading on the bottom tasted like dark coffee beans, not a huge fan, but really good overall!

Overall fantastic experience, but the price point was a bit steep in my opinion. You’re definitely paying a premium for the ambiance. That said, the food IS fantastic. The beyond burger was great! Also, great to note that any of the cocktails can be prepared as a mocktail!

First time here and hands down they have the best food/beer & environment.

The food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. The waiter was awesome - didn't have to wait at all for anything. The atmosphere was great, however our table was in a spot where each time the door opened we were hit with a cold wind. Other than that, no complaints - would definitely go back!

Best Cuban Sandwhich ive ever had. It was unconventional in that it was on Texas toast, but what ever mustard mix they used...excellent. I also got the Mexican Fries and jalapenos in both, top notch food! Price...it was average post pandemic. Beer, very reasonably priced for a domestic bottle. Bathroom (mens) was spotless and very nice. Music was playing at a reasonable volume and the outdoor seating made for great people watching. Girlfriend got the pickle fried chicken sandwich and Mexican fries, she loved them both. Service was knowledgeable about menu, professional, friendly and punctual. Well be going back.

Beautiful historic looking building from the outside. Once inside, you have a choice of sitting at regular tables, pub style tables or the bar. We sat at the bar. The bartenders were very friendly, the food was served quickly even though the place was busy. The food was delicious. Well worth a visit.

Quite literally THE BEST restaurant I've been to in Pitman! The food, so delicious, the drinks, incredible, the entire ambiance, impeccable. Had a great time and can't wait to be back soon

merrymans is amazing! The food is great and the service is wonderful. If you can get Peg as your waitress definitely do. She is just a doll!

If you have gone through Pitman, you have probably seen this magnificent place on your travels. Outside is a beautiful looking building with chairs outside and a telephone booth. The wait for a table here can be a tiny bit hectic due to it being so popular, but its worth it to give it a try.

The burgers were delicious and the wait staff are very friendly. The waitress did what we asked for our meals to make sure our meal went fantastic. Definitely going to go here again!

We have had lunch here every time we have gone to Pitman Theatre with our subscription series. We have never had a bad meal or experience. Food, drinks and service are fabulous!!!!

We were new to town and we didn’t know where to go for dinner so we decided to stop in Merriman’s pub. It just so happened that it was karaoke night and it was me my husband and my grandson. My grandson performed karaoke that night he’s saying “freefalling“by Tom Petty, and he won for the youngest greatest karaoke singer!! We had an absolutely amazing time, and we met some amazing people thank you to all the staff for a great evening!

George is by far one of the best bar tenders I've ever encountered! The service is impeccable! Food though it may look pricey is worth every penny! A hidden gem within Pitman area.

Pitman's icing on the cake! Pitman has been slowly growing into the new Collingwood. Located in the heart of Pitman the Merryman pub has a lot to offer! Lots of beers (domestic, craft, foreign) on draft. Traditional pub fare and classic diner sandwiches including the Cubano Americano that I ordered. This was served on artisan wheat bread and the turkey was very fresh. The french fries are pretty good too. The building used to be an old bank. The architecture of the windows and exposed stone gives a Harry Potter feel to the pub. Friendly staff and their timing on drink refills were perfect. My only complaint is I wish the main area was a little deeper back. It felt a little shallow if that makes sense. Other than that too notch. Great for Pitman! Walking distance to two breweries and shops.

Went for lunch between appointments. Service was excellent and food hit the spot! Loved the atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved everything about this place! The food and drinks were very good, and the restaurant is super cool if you’re into old buildings like us! And last but definitely not least, our server Ashley was awesome! She was so kind and attentive and helped give us recommendations on drinks. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Guinness short rib pot pie. Service was quick and pleasant. Got there after 830 and weren't rushed.
