Love this park because it is NEVER crowded and is always empty. They have a basketball court (without nets) and big tennis courts too. There is a small playground for children and a few paths that lead down to the Delaware River. There is a boat launch at the end of the road and beach on both sides. It is very nice and relaxing to see the beautiful view of the airport, naval yard and Philadelphia skyline.

We call it 'Turtle Park' because of the cement turtles, but I love this park and hanging out down by the river.

Keep coming back here because it's wide open and not usually anyone else here.
Hills are ok for sledding today. Usually it's riding or walking along the beach.
