Ceres Back Lot

A wonderful, wild park! There are marked trails, but numerous crisscrossing unmarked paths. So it might be easy to get lost if you aren't paying attention. A moderate hike, with plenty of interesting places to explore!

Ceres Park back lot is one of the best hiking and mountain biking spots in Gloucester County. It’s a hidden gem with a small parking lot and no signs advertising it’s location.

The rope swing is one of our favorite stops.

I'm here every single day walking dogs. I love it back there. This is the first year I haven't gotten lost. So if you don't know where you are going set aside some time to wander

Tons of great trails and my dogs absolutely love it. Walking, hiking, biking.

I love going here after work to take a walk out in nature. Great for an hour hike to get outside. Lots of mt. bikers but everyone is nice and aware of sharing the trail.

If you have a well behaved off leash dog, she will love the numerous trails and creeks in this park. Just be aware that BMX pedal bikes rule the area. They are very careful around 2 and 4 legs. The park is much larger than an overhead map would suggest, so keep your phone and maps handy.

Excellent place for walking an adventurous dog like mine. I could easily see people getting lost here so pay close attention to the trail map before entering.

Pleasant bike trails .. being maintained even today.

We just love hiking through Ceres Park. So easy to our children. They always lead the way and even when we get turned around they seem to enjoy ever minute. Every trail is worth it!

Wish the lot was a little bigger but my bf always seems to find a spot when we go mountain biking. Good trails, lots of roots in certain areas 😝

Nice hilly trails and some beautiful old growth trees.

Beautiful park- labyrinth of trails, so getting turned around is easy. I now carry pepper spray after a close encounter with an aggressive off leash dog.

Great place to walk your dog, ride a mountain bike or get lost in nature!

Went to the first side and was overtaken by the natural beauty of the place and the back side was no exception plenty of trails to walk that seemed to be well-kept no trash or debris

I love going here with my dog for a walk early in the morning. Trails and people are great.
