I just love this place, I come here all the time. Good selection, friendly helpful staff make you wanna shop here, plus the prices are very competitive.

Love this little store. So friendly and I just went for the dog food. It's a good price there. And ended up finding my African Violiet soil and some seeds I took home as well. Clean little store and I bet if they didn't have it. They would try to get it. Just great people.

Good store for small town

English Hardware is an excellent store for many reasons. The prices of merchandise are always fair. Moreover, prices at English Hardware often beat the prices of larger retailers. The store has an excellent variety of merchandise. The staff will always be found friendly and helpful. This store has a Small Engine Department with helpful and very capable staff. They also offer very fair rates.

The staff were real friendly and patient with all my questions. They had some spray paint and chalk paint sales and their prices in general were better than I've seen at other stores. It's also super organized.

Small hometown hardware store. All of the workers there are very knowledgeable. Robin pretty much runs the store & I have asked her question after question & she always knows the answer no matter what project we are working on. They are friendly & helpful!

This place saved my rump during the ice storm last November when my power was out almost 5 days! I drove all over looking for kerosene, but no one had power in Marengo or even the truckstop. I swung in here and they saved me! Never even knew kerosene was sold here. I'll always be grateful for this. But through the past 28 years living in Milltown, I ALWAYS chose going here for my odds & ends over any place in Corydon. Such a friendly & helpful staff.

I can't wait till I have some extra money's. They have small rawhide gloves I have been looking for some work gloves for 2 years. They have 10 different small gloves. From $5.99-$17.99 leather, they all fit me like a glove.
