Tanner & Associates Insurance

My mother lost her home in a Strom 1 month ago. We contacted American modern the next day and advise the home was lost. They advised they were busy but would contact her immediately. After 10 days of no contact or no return phone call an adjustor showed up on day 11. The adjustor advised the home was a total loss and it's contents. Even the adjustor stated "OH my God it is all gone" when he walked into the remains of the home. He deemed the home unsafe to live in and past the information on the American modern. My mother and her kids have reached out to both the agent that sold the policy Tanner and Associates and American modern. Both will not return calls or contact us. She has loss of use coverage with they are also denying even though their adjustor deemed the home unliveable. One month later and still no contact has been made from Tanner and Associates or American modern.
