Williamsport Falls

Beautiful place, quiet and easy to find. Plenty of space to fly a drone and take some great shots of Indiana’s highest waterfall. Best time to take pics is before 12 so the sun doesn’t shine over the falls and hinder a great shot, but if you get the angle just right you’ll catch a rainbow which makes the shot even better. I never knew Indiana has such great scenery this place is a must visit if you are into serene views.

Absolutely gorgeous find! The falls are amazing and the area is very well kept. The whole family absolutely had a great time. Wading through the creek up to the falls was definitely an experience to have. Standing behind the falls was also an amazing experience and the huge boulders right at the falls make for a great spot for family photos. Definitely selfie worthy as well.

The falls are tucked away in the Northern Indiana countryside; however, easy to find and just a few minutes from the interstate. Listed as Indiana's tallest waterfall and it did not disappoint. Completely worth the hour drive from Indianapolis.

This place is a hidden gem that you could easily drive by and miss. So glad we found this location. Visited in April and the waterfall was flowing pretty good. Easy hike down to get up close, and even behind the overhang and waterfall. Only an hour away for me, so will definitely be coming back.

Well marked. Nice groomed trails.

Go the day after it rains. No shortage or drought of the waterfall. A few easy trails and Attica is close by with lots of restaurants.

Absolutely loved it! Easy walkway down to the falls, but not recommended if you have small children- which we had with us today so didn’t go down. Beautiful view either way! You park and you can see the waterfall right when you pull in.

Went on a wonderful walk at Indiana's tallest waterfall. Unfortunately, someone forgot to pay the water bill! Still, worth the short drive to Williamsport to see. My son and I had a great time in the woods, walking along the creek bed. There were small fish in the pool at the base of the falls! Once we get more rain! Lol! We'll go back!

Beautiful scenery, just stumbled upon this beautiful little town while at work. Make a great day trip

Since we've had crazy heavy rains, the falls were pouring down the day we went. It was so beautiful! To get down to the bottom of the falls requires moderate hiking skills and a trek through knee high rocky/sandy water, so be prepared.

Really stunning view when you get all the way to the bottom. Can be slippery and muddy! I recommend water shoes or waterproof hiking boots.

Absolutely stunning... I would recommend bringing some extra clothes and towels though because some of the trails to get to it are steep! Your best bet is walking up the river on the sides if you dont have the best ability of staying on your feet lol but it is beautiful once you get down there!

We came 2.5 hours to visit this place. Absolutely worth the drive. It is so beautiful here and the waterfall is absolutely amazing. We had an amazing day here.

Amazing place to visit, quiet, a little hike down to the bottom but so worth it! Water was cool myself and my 2 year old didn't want to leave... Watch out for water snakes though we saw 2 while there

Pretty cool place and not hard to get to. You literally park right next to it but limited parking so pick your days wisely to visit.

Beautiful falls right in the middle of town! The short hike back to the falls was a bit rugged, but the close-up view was wonderful

Cool waterfall in Williamsport, IN. Best to go a day or so after a big rain otherwise sometimes its dry. Wear crocks if you want to wade in the creek.
What's amazing is it's pretty much right in the Center of town.
