Brookshire's

This store has really stepped up.

Got what I needed. They had unsweet tea jugs.

Employees are so nice and helpful. Store is clean and items are easy to find. A little higher than some stores but for the courtesy I get I don't mind

I must say Brookshire's is on points their store is clean they got good customer service they need to work with the deli on how to slice that cheese then throw down one of those plastic sheets over the meat or the cheese especially when it's on a number two when you shave two off you need to throw a sheet on there shave two more off you need to throw a sheet on there that way it could be more convenient for us when we take it out it won't be all crumbled together I've had the experience twice I used to work in Brookshire's

In our small town Brookshires is our largest grocery store. They have the biggest variety of brands and they have a bakery and and a butcher in the meat department. They are a little more expensive but I think it's worth it. The service is great the people are always very helpful and Napoleon the manager knows everyone by name. Great hometown feel!! Love it

Brookshires of Crossett has an amazing staff. Always very friendly. Something that I witnessed other day that touched my heart...a customer's vehicle wouldn't start. I saw the manager under the hood trying to help the couple get their vehicle started. I don't know if they got it running but the fact that the Manager was willing to help was truly a blessing to see.

If they had everything I needed I would not shop anywhere else. Why would anyone want to go to Wal-Mart, where it's hot inside the store during the summer, the staff isn't friendly for the most part, and you have check and bag your own groceries? You go into Brookshire and the store is clean, cool, and you couldn't ask for a friendlier staff. Everyone is courteous and helps you find what you need. And Yes!! They will bag your groceries and take them to your vehicle.

Love it and you can get your gas after you leave the store very convenient

There are 2 grocery stores in Crossett that I know of. They are as different as night and day!
This store ALWAYS has the friendliest staff around! There has been one that multiple people say "Hi, how are you doing?". Asking if I need help and are ready to assist anytime you need it, no matter what.
The pharmacy is awesome too! On top of their game. Friendly attentive to your requests or questions, even on phone.
The bakery is outstanding. I dropped one day at lunch at grabbed a birthday cake for a set of twin girls. Leslie was so helpful, kind and wrote the girls names on the cake for me with a smile and kindness exuding from her, genuine!
Store is clean, prices are comparable, plenty of handicap wheelchairs to shop, ample parking, bonus points to use at gas pumps.
So....if you have the choice, Brookshires would my choice. Do yourself a favor and step back in time, to where people care about one another, service to the customer is a given and ease of the dreaded shopping for groceries if you are like most.

We love this store and the employees are very accommodating and friendly. We like the service a d getting gas rewards.

Everyone who works here is nice and knows their store. The shelves are stocked and well placed. They definitely live up to the Brookshire's reputation.

The very best grocery store in our area. Excellent service. Like old school service. People still carry your groceries to your car.

Extremely happy, I found tons of ORGANIC drinks and eats here. They were on markdown. So they may not carry those again. But I spent 75$ on things that should have been$200+

I go to store more often when l need something look fresh vegetables better meat meat other stuff but bit price good to go that not far my place storage here since 1980s
