This was such an enjoyable hike, I highly recommend it! We initially got a little deterred with the 4 hour time frame, but there was so much to look at with the leaves changing and all of the rock formations that it didn't feel like we were out there that long (just be sure to wear good hiking boots for the rocks). There's plenty of things to see, and it's just a beautifully well done trail. The natural bridge and grotto were great points of interest 🌿

This is an awesome hike, it can be strenuous at times, and very easy at others. There's lots to see on this hike, so take your time and look around. I recommend a good hiking type shoe, something that protects your ankles would be good. Bring a good amount of water, and a snack or two. There are lotsa great place to take a break, and enjoy the awesome nature you're in. Please remember to take out what you bring in, and if you see trash, bring it back with you.

This is a great hike with the Grotto and the giant Natural Bridge being the coolest spots. There are numerous cave shelters along the trail. The pictures of the Grotto don’t do it justice.

Seven Hollows Trail is 5-miles with the added Grotto section. It’s worth the moderate to strenuous trek. Take a left at the first fork to hike the loop clockwise. Pay attention for the varieties of mushrooms, fungi and lichen. All very cool to see. Very shaded trail except the turtle rocks areas. Bring plenty of water and wear good hiking shoes. Our group took 3 hours and that included plenty of rest stops in the heat and looking around exploring. The sandstone formations are the highlight. The natural bridge is an excellent photo opportunity.

This was amazing. The canyons were great, on par with several national parks that are all way more crowded. We were here on a Saturday and only passed 3 groups, mostly alone the whole time. Nice trail, not too tough for kids, but hard enough that they were proud to finish. You won't regret going!

Nice trail, but long 4.5 miles. It was great seeing all the small caves and the creek you will cross over throughout the trail. Like I've said before, I'm overweight, and my nephew also. What I think is difficult may not be to others. This was, however, rated as moderately difficult. I sure felt the difficult. Lol

Great location. Legs hurt after this 4 hour (4.5 mile) trail which can be longer if you like to look around pretty well. This trailhead can make for a lovely setting for great pictures, such as the ones I took and will attach. Nature doing it's work.

We’ve lived in Arkansas almost four years now and have hiked all over the state. This hike is the best, most diverse hike we’ve ever been on. It has everything. We crossed several creeks over a couple dozen times. The natural bridge was awesome. But the Grotto is the big winner. Waterfall and amazing ledge and scenery. Worth the extra jaunt up the hollow and such a natural wonder. I’d do the hike every morning if I just lived in the area. It’s a must do if you visit Petit Jean State Park.

Great hiking for all ages with rock formations, places to sit, scenic views and water features. In the fall, this is a good place to hike to see the trees in their autumn colors.

Petit Jean is such a beautiful place with many trails. This is a great loop trail with moderate changes in elevation. The path is well marked. Seeing The Grotto (the waterfall) is equal distance from either starting direction. We completed 11,350 steps during the five miles (we did the extra 1/2 mile in and back to The Grotto) and took us 2 hours and five minutes. This is a dog (on leash) friendly trail. Though we hiked without our canines, we encountered several others with theirs <3

We enjoyed the trail wandering its way between canyons and across the creek. The Grotto was my favorite part of this hike, and is definitely worth the half mile detour. The natural arch is right off the path, so there's no detour needed for that. The Turtle Rocks were a cool formation, and I liked all the colors of the rocks over in that area.

We made it around the trail in 2 hours 15 minutes, and that was with many stops for photos and relaxing in the Grotto. Many places say it takes a lot longer, up to around 4 hours, but if you're in pretty good shape then it shouldn't take you that long.

Loved it. Wished we would have had more time. Took us over an hour to get to the natural bridge. That was as far as we got with the time we had. Didn't see the grotto or waterfalls. All the water areas were dried up at this time anyway. Can't wait to go back!

Nice trail and a few interesting things to see. Very hard trail for most people. Make sure you're in pretty good shape before starting down this one.

Seeing the almost unnoticeable boulders on google maps compared to real life is some crazy perspective

We went on this 4.5 Mile Hike! It was beautiful! We crossed streams, heard birds, made memories, and saw new things. We have been on several Trails but this one is definitely one of my favorites. It is challenging, but not to terrible. We will be back!
