Their knowledge is helpful to get you on the right track. I just started having blood pressure problems and cannot take the meds to many complelations! So they have a great product Cardio 911! I am sure it will do the trick.the Dr won the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine! The Justin"s peanut butter is FANTASTIC AND PRICED GOOD TOO!

This is a unique store in what appears to be an out-of-the-way location, but it is right beside an I-40 interstate exit. They have a great selection of herbs and seeds and many, many other organic food items and juices. Many of their products are gluten-free. So yes, it is definitely worth the drive if you live in north-west Arkansas or a stop-over if you are passing through on the I-40.

Had the good fortune to find Squash Blossom when I was visiting my relatives in Alma. What a fabulous store with incredible selection of fresh & packaged food & other items! The people working in the store (I think one was the owner) were very friendly. I felt welcome. Squash Blossom is a gem!

I have traveled through this part of Oklahoma/Arkansas for a few years now — I always stop here. It is one of the only places in the area that you can find quality food.
Great selections of meat, cheese, organic produce, organic snacks, and just a great place to grab a normal soda without the weird stuff.
The people who work here have the true keys to health, and they are willing to share.

Amazing place. Friendly and very helpful in a non aggressive way. We used to get our supplements and vitamins at Old Fashioned Foods but this place is a lot better. More products and a nice environment. I would give them 10 stars if I could. More than worth the little drive.

Vegan and Vegetarian Dream for hard to find items. They also carry many other things like essential oils and skin care. Too many things to mention. Just a fun place to visit and shop.

They listened to my questions and concerns and advised me accordingly. I also got some products for my dogs.

They genuinely cared that we came to their store and it was nice to be treated like a person instead of a number.

We'll definitely be going back !!!

The people who run this place are exceptional. Truly great and helpful. The prices aren't as high as other "health food stores" in the area. It's a true mom and pop shop who know their stuff & will give you a smile everytime.

What a hidden treasure!!! I’ve lived in Fort Smith for a year and just went to this place for the first time. They have everything good, even found whole rye and red wheat berries here for a great price. Their bulk seasonings/teas/health products/etc selection is fantastic. Only place in the area that I could find lingonberry jelly. Amazing store and the staff was so nice and helpful!!

This place is absolutely incredible! Great customer service and product selection. I spoke with John, and he is a very knowledgeable man with a lot of brilliant things to share! I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for organic fruits, herbs, veggies, snacks, or even a great book!

I don't usually rate places, or businesses, however, I will this time. If anyone ever asks me again, I will straight up tell them, the people, (owner,and employees) are not only knowledgeable and helpful, they are genuine great people. Excellent store with an absolute air of knowledge and decency. Will never shop for great products anywhere else...because no place has the selection. Bottom line, SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MOM AND POP STORE.

Love this place! As a plant-based eater I can find so many items that are vegan friendly that I can't find anywhere else in the area... and they're usually better priced compared to Old Fashioned Foods. Highly recommend!

Squash Blossom feels like it's in the middle of the country just outside the city. My family has known Mr. Bruce for years, and we love shopping in his store. Whether you need basics or something a little unusual, chances are they have it. Questions are readily answered, and friendly chat is available, too. Great experience.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but beautiful and lots of good produce and health food on the inside. We were looking for an emergency stop for our potty trained preschooler and they were so polite and pointed up towards the facilities. Would definitely stop there again.
