AT&T Store

The associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new phone and he set it up and changed the plan to just what we wanted. I would definitely recommend anyone needing assistance go to the AT&T store in Greenbrier.

The employees here have always been helpful when it came to anything needed whether it be our lines transferred over or a simple phone screen or new phone. Very professional and seem to know what they are doing. Would recommend 10/10

Went in recently to pay my bill and upgrade my phone. It was hands down the quickest and best experiences I've had there thus far. Zach, was very attentive and went through everything with ease. Any questions or concerns I had, he gave answers. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I had received. Also Austin, he was just awful to all of the customers, just joking. All the people who work at this store are super friendly and are an immense help to any issues one may have. Great store to go to. Five stars all the way!

Austin Horton went above and beyond today by staying over an hour late to set up my replacement phone. Very personable and knowledgeable about AT&T products and services. Good job Austin!

Switching providers and keeping the same number may not always be a pain but that wasn't our experience. Jessie went above and beyond fixing us up. Took a few days on our end but the customer service went beyond my expectations. He was patient with myself and my mother (her phone) and got everything taken care of promptly. I refuse to use the Conway stores because of how crowded and rushed they are but the Greenbrier location has been more than great.

Carlan spent time making sure I knew how to work my new phone. Geoffrey stepped in and helped my daughter set up her new phone. Thank you Greenbrier AT&T!!! I had a great customer experience.

I went into the store needing assistance with several different issues with my account and phone. Eric Story was the associate whom assisted me. He was VERY helpful, professional, and helped me with everything. He even made me laugh which made my entire day. I will NOT be going to any other store outside nor have another associate assist me unless it’s him from this point forward as in the past I have gotten nothing but a run around and nothing resolved. Thank you very much for you assistance Eric.

I had a great experience at our location here in Greenbrier. Joshua had my new phone set up and all of my questions answered in no time! A customer was giving him a hard time as I came into the store and I was happy to see how he stayed very professional and patient with her. Great service and friendly staff.

They were able to answer all of our questions and ended up saving us a significant amount of money on our monthly bill. Customer service was above and beyond!

Just want to say Eric story and Travis were very awesome and professional. I was traveling from little rock back home to yellville arkansas and stoped there to get some help with my phone. I tell you what best phone experience ever.. I would drive 2 hours to get my AT&T service from this store with these guys … you guys are very awesome keep it up !!! 5 stars all the way !!!

I went in to transfer SIM cards from 3 phones. Joshua was very helpful and kind to me and successfully transfered my contacts for me. It was a wonderful experience and I'd highly recommend anyone to take care of their AT&T needs here!
