My wife and I worked with 4 different departments to get a bid sizable project completed on a pretty aggressive time table. The project went seamless and it was refreshing to work with Arc Valley Electric. Thank you!

During ice storm our electric has been off for 5 days today. We are most appreciative that Arkansas Electric is in our area working cold long hours helping to restore our power. Thank you. Your workers were very gracious and hard working.

I would like to report some good news on the easement clearing crew south of LaVaca Arkansas. Justin Kelly and his team have a difficult job to do of keeping the powerlines clear from any falling trees and limbs and I’m sure they get a lot of complaints about people not wanting to have trees cut. I am one of those that did call and asked to have someone come out and see what we could do to do some better cleanup. After meeting with Justin he assured me that he would clean and take care of the larger debris that was left behind and they did an exceptional job. It will make it easier for me to maintainIn the future. Thank you very much for your prompt, courteous, Friendly and professional way you guys represent your company. Have a very Merry Christmas!
