We worked with Phil and his team to sell our farm and residence along with that of my mother’s. This sale was somewhat complicated in that it involved two residences and acreage that was divided and marketed in separate parcels requiring changes to the fencing and water systems as well as a farm equipment and estate sale.

Phil and his team did an excellent job. They were invaluable in helping with all of the many details. They arranged all the survey work for the subdividing and developed a marketing plan and materials that reached prospective buyers both locally and nationally. They produced a marketing video using drone footage of the property that was instrumental in finding a buyer located completely across the country who bought the property without even having seen it in person, relying solely on the excellent materials and information Phil provided.

After the sale of the property Phil’s team coordinated, advertised, and held the farm equipment and estate sale producing turnout and results far beyond our most optimistic expectations.

Phil is a life-long resident of Northwest Arkansas whose family has been in the area for generations. He knows every nook and cranny of the area and its history in detail. He is also a rancher himself. Phil has the experience, knowledge, and know-how for every aspect of buying and selling real estate in this area and we highly recommend him and his team.

These properties are dilapidated and run down...
It will take more money to fix these places up than what the owner is asking for...
I believe that the money I put into each property, it will be so beautiful, that I will
place people in each property and they will feel like they are living in a mansion...
This is what I want to do...!!!
And the people who will be living in each property, will be people who have a heart filled with love...
I'm talking about true love...!!!
