Been going here for a few years now since I've moved to NWA. Always been helpful and get what I want, though normally they've had to be ordered. Glad that they now carry my boot.

Glad I also don't have to do my own tuff toe.

Kevin, the salesman is very knowledgeable. He helped me find boots that I thought were not available. He also took reconditioned the boots I wore into the store. Very Pleased!

Great boots great warranty they stand behind. Only boots I'll work in.Just retired my 606's after around 3 and a half years and two soles. Bought a new pair of 606's on the left and my 415's on the right.

They take great care to make sure you find the right fit, even if they have to order and reorder shoes - for no charge. Their huge variety of work boots and decent selection of athletic shoes leave little to be desired.
The price tag on these shoes is higher than your normal retail outlet, but the quality is significantly better. A pair of boots from here that are treated right will last years and years!

Needed boots. Store did not jave my size but had a size larger. It as good but not quite right. Store ordered my size and it was great. Purchased boots, fully prepared for a large bill, and was amazed at the closeout price.

Salesman took the time to tell me about the boots, gave me a 3D scan of my feet and provided me with a proper insert.

I entered into the store and was greeted by Kelton, who asked how I was doing and what I was looking for. We exchanged about my upcoming apprenticeship in the electrical field and moved to explore some work boots. He suggested the BOA King Toe line. We took a scan of my feet and I paced across a pad to gauge how I distributed my weight across each step. All the while we discussed how this would impact my shoe and insole size, and also what kinds of socks should be worn. He retrieved a pair of sized boots, insoles, and moisture-wicking socks and asked that I try them on; they fit, felt, and wore great. I asked about maintenance, and he introduced me to the three-step care system. I wound up purchasing a pair of BOA King Toe's, moisture-wicking socks, insole orthotics, as well as the boot cleaner, conditioner, and sealer in the span of twenty minutes. I left the store feeling informed and well-booted for the career ahead of me.

Having seen a Project Farm review of various boots a few weeks prior, I'd already decided a pair of Red Wings would be a worthwhile investment. I've since been researching boot care and have found dismissible conflicting information online (boot reconditioning anywhere from one to six months) than what I heard in store (once-monthly reconditioning).

Kelton was very well informed and easy to engage with. He not only answered process- and function-related questions, but also elaborated on what certain products did that made them useful. I was informed of related warranties and guarantees, and was assured that if the fit wasn't right I could drop by within thirty days to be re-fitted. Great experience.

As for the boots themselves, I still need a few months on various jobsites before I can make an informed comment.

I have been a loyal customer now for around 10 years. I came in with my boots which I had purchased a few months prior, having tried a new style verses my normal king toe and informed the associate about just how much my feet were hurting in them. Not only did the gentleman who helped me get me into a new pair of ny normal boots, but did so as a warranty so that I could be in the pair that I wanted free of charge, he was more concerned with my comfort, with what I paid for and standing for the brand they back and sell, AMAZING customer service. These gentlemen that work here and this brand are exactly what you want in a boot, if you go here, you’ll never regret it. Best decision ever.

It was finally time to retire my favorite pair of old work shoes. Came in and was given a superb experience, the salesman was very friendly and thorough and found me a shoe that fits my needs (non-slip, good sole inserts). I couldn’t be more happy! It has made my feet and ankles feel so much stronger at work

Very pleased with the experience from the foot measuring, including arch support, to the fitting of the shoes, which fit very well during the try-on. The associate answered all my questions and mentioned the trial period where I could bring them back if I was not satisfied.

The employee that helped me with finding my boots was very passionate about his work and he made the entire experience as comfortable as possible and had a great sense of humor and character shopping at the store was a wonderful experience

Best boot store around. Staff was super helpful and knew a lot about the boots. They were up front and honest about shipping times on boots and I 100% am ok with that. Is it annoying to hear your boots will take 4 weeks to get in? Yes, but it's infinitely better than a store saying "oh next week" four times. I absolutely recommend this store over any other for boots.

Salesman was very helpful with my husband who came in for work boots. Didn't push anything on him that was pricey, went in back multiple times for different styles to accompany him. Focused on him entirely, sale was quick and easy. Very professional

I went there to get my favorite summer sandals repaired but ended up getting a referral to a family owned shoe repair shop in Bentonville. Red Wing sales work boots and repair those. The customer representative was a very friendly person though. Thank you for your kindness and referral.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They measured my feet to give me the best fit and talked me through the break in process. I went in looking for a great pair of boots and left feeling confident in my choice. Highly recommended if in the market for a very high quality USA boot.
