I was at Castle Rental & Pawn today 05/05/22 and as per usual I received Excellent service ! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They don't hound you as you shop but they are great about checking on you if you seem a little lost ( Me ) ha, ha . They are currently having a great sale on used dvds. I would encourage everyone to give them a shot if you are in need of rental or pawn services or you're just looking for a little something different.

Every team member is incredibly helpful, and possesses a true desire to help people out and get them the best deal possible on whatever it is they need. Thank you to the entire team at Castle y'all have always been incredibly helpful, unbelievably friendly, and unfortunately uncommon for these days, very respectful! Great experience from beginning to end. I came in to sell two items to them and they patiently explained to me my options as I worked to make a decision. I did go to other pawn shops before and after and they were helpful as well but at Castle they were able to provide me with better financial options.
