We had a portion of our old sewer pipe replaced. Ray Lusk gave us a good quote, a detailed description of pricing, a comprehensive contract proposal, and had the job done in the time frame described. Their office was easy to get a hold of and their employees answered questions promptly and politely. Overall, a great experience.

Our first time using Ray Lusk Plumbing. Chose them because of previous positive reviews. They were courteous, prompt, reasonably priced and our new water heater was expertly installed.

Very friendly workers who Listened to my concerns, assisted in problem solving with a gas valve and drywall repair. Also painted a difficult to reach vaulted ceiling and were very considerate and clean when working. Fast scheduling, arrived on time. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship in every job they performed. Assisted at no additional charge with small repairs in corners of walls. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended as I have had multiple home improvement contractors over the years and they were by far the best.

I contacted Ray Lusk because I had a leak in one of the tubs. They came out fairly quickly and quoted me a fair price. I decided to go with them. Alex, my technician, was very friendly and got the job done quickly, he made it look easy. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

I was very pleased with Alex B. who Ray Lusk Plumbing sent out to assess, measure and then install a new kitchen sink and faucet. He did an excellent job and took his time to make sure everything fit correctly and worked correctly.

Great service, great attention to detail, I covered the tiny bit of blue plumber tape with black magic marker. He cleaned up his mess, was not averse to me helping &&&&& yes, I will use Ray Lusk/ Rick again if I need a plumber. Oh... & fixed the cracked sillcock from when the siding was installed & they messed up the angle of the device.

They were very responsive and quick on a weekend emergency repair call! Also, provided great communication when return trip was needed to fix. They were able to fix and save me money from original quote for repair. I will be using in the future!

Technician (named Jimi) was very good. Quickly identified the problem, made an estimate, and completed the job. Water pressure related - after completion he made sure to check the pressure levels with me to confirm that the issue was fully resolved and I was satisfied. Afterwards he reviewed the work with me showing me what had been done, and promising to return if there were issues related to his work.

I had a great experience! They were very thorough and made sure that the problem was fixed, something other companies didn't do in the past. Grant was so kind and helpful! I'll go to them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Plumber explained that though my multiple copper pipes were corroded, it does not need to be replaced due to mild corrosion. Yet because of the age of the pipes and a recent pipe leak he agreed with my concerns and replaced them. Gene

My pipe above my garage froze and burst. I called Ray Lusk and they sent someone out the next day and repaired it. It was great service and fast.

We live in NW Arkansas. We were happy with the service we received from Rick. He acted professionally and worked with my son and husband to figure out the problem. We would definitely have them clean out and scope our sewer pipes again. Their scope goes about 135 feet.

Gary was our plumber from Ray Lusk Plumbing and he was thorough, professional, capable and polite. He gave us our options for replacing our toilet and didn't try to upsell us as other plumbing companies tried to do. The first visit to diagnose the problem was no charge. Again, this is unlike what other companies do. Some require $79 or more just to look at the problem. We feel that we received excellent service and a very fair price. Would definitely use them again and refer to others.
