Farmers Insurance - Gregory Collier

I have been with the Collier insurance agency for over 5 years and I am very satisfied with my coverage as well as the treatment I get on the phone, by text, or in person. Everyone goes out of their way to help. We have had a few incidents and they are easy to contact and Farmers Insurance is quick to do claims and get you back on the road. Farmers probably is not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more to have peace of mind that they will be there for me. It is also not many places you can walk into that they know your name and are happy to see you.

Farmers Insurance has the ability to hand you a check the day you open a claim. Yes, the premiums are higher, but what other company comes out, inspects your car and gives you money all in one day.
You NEVER need to hire an attorney. Farmers helps you with their legal team when you're not at fault in an accident or property damage and the other company won't pay up.

We have used Greg Collier and Farmer's Insurance for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, we've had several claims on both homeowner's and cars (multiple). Where you will find out how awesome your insurance is happens during the claims process. Greg has a very caring staff, the claims team is very responsive, and they actual pay out their claims very quickly. When someone else hit us, Greg's team checked on us to ensure the other insurance was doing what they said they would do.

I didn't grow up knowing a lot about how insurance works, so I'm grateful to be an educated consumer because of the patient explanations of Greg and his team. Ask questions, make sure you understand your coverage, and listen to wise counsel from Greg Collier.

Since I moved to the Fayetteville area, Greg and his staff have been consistent and effective in their communication and service to me. They're easy to get on the phone, and even have an answering service with live people for after hours. That's so much better than having to leave a voicemail. I have both my vehicles covered with Greg and a rental policy which will hopefully switch to an owner's policy soon.

Greg and his team have been very responsive to our needs over the last 9+ years.
