Norton Community Medical Associates - Taylorsville

I have been going to Norton Taylorsville to see Melody Presley, NP for over 4 years! I love her kindness, knowledge and compassion to help you feel better. Her staff is amazing especially Betty!

This was my first visit to NCMA Taylorsville. Parking is very convenient to the entrance. Check in was very quick. The staff is very friendly. I had a very short wait before I was taken back to an exam room. If you use Norton services and live in the Taylorsville area I would recommend them for your health care needs.

Check in is great and staff are friendly and getting in if quick however, I was miss diagnosed twice with two different things and doctor wanted to argue with me otherwise about his view of things. Light headedness is not a sign of vertigo as it could be many things. I was diagnosed with the truth a few years prior but didn't tell him at the time. When I did tell him he didn't want to believe me. I don't like doctors that don't listen.

The sign out front should have read "now accepting new patients but we never have appointments available and if we do we'll cancel your appointment the day of"

If you are the owner you have my contact information. You call me. Your people have never had an issue calling me to cancel appointments, so you shouldn't have an issue getting ahold of me either.
