I would highly recommend Jensen Furniture. Sonya was great to work with and I walked out being very happy about my purchase. The delivery was setup and I was very impressed with the two gentleman that delivered my furniture. They were very careful and did a great job setting everything up. I will definitely buy from them again. I like supporting small businesses and I made my purchase on Small Business Saturday.

We love shopping local and having it be a great experience! The staff was friendly and patient with us as we had our children with us while we were shopping. I loved that the sales person gave us time to sit and lay on the furniture without feeling pressured to make a decision. We will use Jensen Furniture again for any future purchases!

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff, no pressure sales, we could take all the time that we wanted. We bought 2 recliners, can't wait to have them delivered! Our recliners were delivered today what a great delivery team, they were polite and knowledgeable about our recliners and made sure that we were satisfied. They made sure that we knew how to operate our recliners and put them exactly where we wanted. I highly recommend Jensen furniture for any of your furniture needs. The entire staff from owner on down were all very responsive to our needs. We recentry purchased some furniture and flooring and both transactions exceeded our expectations. Deliveries were on time on the date as promised. The flooring was installed with attention to detail and the installers were prompt and professional in their interactions with us. We would definitely recommend Jensen for your furniture or flooring needs.

Bought a nice recliner and end table from Jake, he was very helpful and patient with us while we browsed. Prices were reasonable and he didn't pressure us into maxing our budget.

My husband and I recently purchased a house and we were in the market for a new dining room set. There were limited styles, but the quantity is beyond words! We were surprised by all the furniture options within this store. The customer service was hands down the best! We weren’t pressured into buying anything. We ended up driving to Balsam Lake to rent a UHaul, so we didn’t have to wait for the delivery timeframe. We left with more than what we were looking for! We will be back for future furniture needs!

The experience was great. The staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and were very patience in letting us try out the furniture and they were not pushy sales people which was great. I would recommend this place who is looking for family owned business and looking for beautiful furniture for any space your looking to fill/decorate plus the prices are reasonable.

Helpful staff, showed me several options and were nice enough to explain a few things to me. Helped me get my purchase into my car- but they also will deliver if it's needed, and for free. My sales person was extremely nice and helpful, and she noticed little things I was finding pretty so helped me spot more of the same. They have a lot of nice pieces there, nice furniture, I am excited to get my next piece from them.

Jensen furniture was the best furniture shopping experience. They had an amazing selection and such helpful staff, especially Isabelle. The couch I purchased has been nothing short of spectacular and is the best napping spot in the house 😂.

This was a great experience. The people who helped me choose a couch were really knowledgeable--everything from cat-resistant choices of upholstery to how to best fluff the zippered and attached cushions. They kept me regularly updated on the couch's arrival during the long covid complications, and delivered it the day after it arrived. They went out of their way to be sure I got it as soon as possible. I'm a happy customer who will undoubtedly return.

I've been very happy with my service at Jensen Furniture. Everyone is so friendly. I recently purchased a mattress and was glad they offered trial period for new beds. I tried it out for one month but unfortunately I couldn't sleep well on it. Sonja helped me pick out a new mattress, and I was only responsible for the price difference between the two.
