Extremely rude staff
Stay away they are price gouging for ice over $9 for large bag of ice. go a block down to grocery store only $4 .50

Stopped to check tire pressures and top off if needed while traveling north. Once complete (using the free air on the side of the building) I moved out of the way and was idling on the other side of the pumps out of the way. Pulled out my phone to run through some notifications, probably about 45 sec after, an employee came to ask when Id be on my way. I planned to stop in and grab a water for the road but after that rude encounter I left. I will not stop at this location ever again, Kwik Trip in Eagle River is far better.

It is disappointing that a small location like this will be rude to potential customers. You are already not nearly as good as Kwik Trip, so don't act like a child. Perhaps replacement of this location w/ a KT would be for the better.

Pulled into an empty parking lot with boat in tow to buy a pack of smokes. Since they have no designated trailer parking I pulled up as far as I could parallel to the entrance while leaving at least two parking spots for any other vehicles that might come in during what should have been a 30 second transaction. As soon as I entered the store I was sternly asked, "How long to you plan on being here." I answered"As long as it takes to buy a pack of cigarettes." In a very rude manner the girl at the counter says, "Well you can't park like that." When I asked how I should park I was told "like a normal person." I then informed her that I was towing a boat. Her reply was, "it doesn't matter. For future reference, you can't park like that. Based on my experience, there will be no "future" there for me. Considering that the Shell station just down the road was packed with people, you'd think this establishment would go out of their way to make customers feel welcome.
