Our new favorite place to go in Port. They were able to do their date night menu gluten free for us and it was amazing.

Amazing. Drinks were delightful and food was impeccable. So happy to find a restaurant with actual taste in an area of fast food chains.

My husband and I finally got a chance to dine in and were very impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming and homey. The autumn and what's up doc cocktails were so delicious. Our perfectly prepared meals were amazing. The salmon and sirloin dishes were bursting with flavor and the spinach bacon soup...so good! Definitely worth the cost!🙂😋

Food was excellent! We ate there with another couple and shared every appetizer and several main dishes and loved each and every one. Didn't leave any room for dessert! Next time I'll know better because the desserts looked to be of the same high caliber as the rest of the menu. I highly recommend dining here, especially on Thursday nights when it's a little quieter.

If I could give more stars I would! This place has become a staple in my life. Super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff and bar tenders. What compelled me to write this review was the single best steak I’ve ever had in my entire life. And I’ve had an absurd amount of overly priced steaks in my life. The chef here is a genius, I swear. His creations are fascinating and delicious. Same goes for the bar tenders! They create such unique and incredible drinks. Overall, Hundred Mile House is wildly underrated and deserves so much more love. I can’t believe we have such an incredible restaurant right here in our back yard!

We just visited the Hundred Mile House for the first time and agree that it was the hands down best meal we’ve ever had!! The Friday night fish fry of trout was incredible and the steak was amazing with the rutabaga mash!! The bartender/mixologist, Calvin, had an insane knowledge and obvious love of his craft— the drinks are phenomenal!! It’s plain to see that this place has a love of serving five star quality farm to table food in a locale that is warm, inviting, and comfortable. A foodie paradise!! ❤

Great food, huge portions. It's a great spot for a nice meal out. I had the oyster mushrooms, and the pork belly special which were both excellent. The decor needs a little more work, but they are just starting out. Plus the quality of the food and portions were excellent.

We have been there twice since they have opened. First time we had the chicken, with some fries for our son. Everything was amazing!! The service was slow(this didn't bother us as we were in no hurry and we expected it), as it was the grand opening, however our second trip in November the service was much faster, we had the steak, tempura mushrooms and bacon basket! Everything was delicious! The bacon is the best I've ever had! Give them a try you won't regret it.

Everything was wonderful with fresh local ingredients. We tried the gnocchi small plate and tempura mushrooms as appetizers. The entree selection is limited to 4 selections I'm assuming since they are just starting out. Scallops and steak both were great. I'm hoping they add a few more options once they get established.

Great modern supper club! Best fish fry in Ozaukee County. If you don't have great coleslaw, you're not even in the running. The purple slaw was awesome! Wonderful craft cocktails made with local spirits. Must try!

update: I had to update my review after going again last night. I have been there many times and have had many excellent dishes, but last night really stood out. We went to participate in the test kitchen night, where they closed the dining room and offered only unique small plates in the bar area that may or may not make it to the menu. It was fun to participate in such a process, but I really must tell you about the superb dish I had. It was the deviled egg plate, also known as "cowboy candy". "Big deal deviled eggs, anyone can make that, right?" This was the single most elevated common dish I have ever experienced. It is truly hard to describe how GOOD it was. Pickled to perfection, with (candied-pickled?) jalapeno, leek, balsamic drizzle, and topped with a delicate crunch feature(crisp onion?). I don't know everything that was in it, but I think it was one of the most perfect bites of food I have ever had. I woke up still thinking about it. How many times has that happened to you the next morning after a meal? A gastric masterpiece! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 6 stars out of a possible 5.

So after dining here, reading the reviews and talking to a few locals about this restaurant I think it’s worth mentioning a few things to consider when deciding whether to dine at Hundred Mile House.

1) If you feel hamburger helper is “good eatin” or you put ketchup on your steak, this might not be for you.

2) If you’re looking for $9.99 all you can eat with a “coupon” type dining, again this might not be for you.

3) When dining at a restaurant with higher quality food cooked to order, keep in mind it takes time. It is not a get in and get out experience and you won’t have your food in 10-15 minutes. Be patient and enjoy your evening.

Having said that, we went on a Saturday evening around 8pm. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but that was absolutely no indication of the quality of the food. The Gnocchi and Duck Confit were fantastic shareables to start us off. Next, the Snake River Farm Bavette Steaks for entrees were outstanding. Ordered and cooked medium rare to perfection I was not disappointed. And for desert? a pumpkin cheesecake with French Press coffee. The owner/chef came out to greet us and it was a pleasure to hear his background and culinary experience from Kohler and Lake Park Bistro. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening and I definitely recommend this restaurant. If you truly enjoy quality and locally sourced food, I encourage you to give it a try.

Had a great dinner and drinks there this evening. We had an entree and several of the "sharables" off the menu. The food was well prepared and the staff was extremely attentive. I hadn't been in this restaurant space for at least 15 years. I was excited to hear it was reopening as something new. The bartenders were great and can make excellent cocktails. I was so pleased with the options and thought the drinks were well priced for high quality alcohol and the entrees were delicious and well priced as well. We will be back.

Excellent place. We had a group of four. We shared five of their small plates and one dinner plate. We all thought the every plate was great and worth its price. The cocktails we're good too. Would definitely go back.

Place is amazing. Great atmosphere with local art for purchase on the walls. I had the bacon appetizer and the chicken entree and they were both great! Great craft beers on tap as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Girlfriend and I got scallops and wagyu and we were both blown away but the taste. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had and some perfectly seared scallops. Kylie was a very nice waitress as well.

I had the pleasure of having brunch at The Hundred Mile House two times to date. I have had the Duck leg Confit crepes, which were outstanding, and just today, upon the Chef’s recommendation, I tried the Trout Ponchartrain, the trout was so flavorful and the lobster hollandaise sauce was a perfect compliment. The build your own Bloody Marys are awesome.

I took my grandma here for her birthday and she said it was the best birthday she has EVER had. I 101% agree with her. Food was fantastic and staff was very helpful and friendly. It is pricey but you really do get what you pay for! We will definitely be back!

First, let me say the bacon appetizer is amazing! A perfect basket of smokey, non-greasy and crispy delishishness served with a side of stone ground mustand mixed with a finley smashed garlic aoli. The scallops were honestly the best I have ever had. Just a touch of sear on the outside and melt in your mouth center. The black garlic paste was the perfect touch of sweet to add to this. A great place to check out and a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

Unique food, great portions, excellent flavors. We came for dinner. Tempura mushrooms were an awesome start- crispy and flavorful. The three cheeses were rich. Scallops cooked perfectly. Baba ganoush was smooth and creamy paired with a crispy tomato. We will be back for sure!
