Louis the electrician has been to our home on more than one occasion. Each time he comes and patiently listens to my explanation of the problem and my failed attempts to fix them. He is courteous, clean and thorough. Each time he fixes the issue, shows me what the condition was that was causing the problem and what he did to fix it. He has my complete trust and so does Gray Electric.

From top to bottom Gray electric has always been top notch in all my dealings. Dennis was the latest to help me with my generator and I can't say enough good things about him!!!

I would like to compliment one of Gray Electrics journeyman electricians, Louis Lawrence. A year ago we met Lou when he installed our generac generator. We recently had him out to do our one year inspection. As usual he was on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. One better, because of his knowledge and experience he helped me with some questions I had about a long time warranty program Generac had sent me in the mail. Gray Electric should be proud to have a representative working for them that takes such pride in his work. Even more takes the time to care about the customer. Thanks Lou !!!

I wanted to do a shout out to Gray's Electric for their quality and professionalism. After a misunderstanding on my part about a service we were quoting but ended up not moving forward with it, the staff at Gray's were very understanding and helped me resolve an issue (not on their part) even though it cost them time and effort.
Most people rate a business on how they do when money/service is exchanged but I think Gray's Electric went above and beyond in their customer service even though we ended up not moving forward with the service.
The courteous nature in which they talked with me and helped me through it was appreciated!

I had several electrical issues I needed repaired and Gray Electric was upfront about what to expect for the pricing and for the work. Everything was completed as they said it would be. I will continue to use them in the future.

Gray has been our goto here since we setup the airsoft field here in mauston. They have helped us throughout the entire build installing lights, wiring and bringing our whole facility on line. They went our of their way to help when I personally moved in and started renovations at the house here too. 10/10 highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Jake from Gray electric, I had an outlet that was burnt up and not working, Jake replaced it and I also asked him if he could add an outlet on an adjacent wall, he was able to finish the task that day. Very please and will definitely call them back if I need anymore work done.

I have a Generac 20KW stand alone home generator that needed a tune up according to the readout on the display screen. It so happens Gray Electric services Generac generators. What a wonderful experience having them do the work. They were on time and the service technican (Louis) was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He also recommended little things that I can do to prolong the life of the unit. I would strongly recommend Gray Electric for any of your electrical needs.

The electrician ( from Tomah I believe ) came to my Mom's rescue last week. She's 88 yrs old and blew fuses along w/ a faulty fuse box. The electrician was so nice and even visited w/ her after the service. Kudos to him and your company!!
