Best family dentist you can get. I've known Dr. Rauch for over 20 years as my primary dentist. It's always been a pleasure, and have received competent care. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

For starters, I felt like I went back in time like 30 years. The office is in desperate need of a make-over into the new era. During my visit, I was asked to hold the "spit" tube and then told that I wasn't using it properly. I have never been asked such a thing in my life nor have I ever held one. I know nothing about the little lever on the side because I did NOT go to a 6 week dental hygienist program, I went to school for a Bachelor and Masters degree. After that, one of the tools the dental hygienist was using fell to the floor and she attempted to continue using it. I called her out on it and she quickly put it away. There was such unprofessionalism from that one visit that it pretty much sealed the deal for me. It was not a very good first impression for me.
