This was easily the best buying experience we have ever had. We went in on a Friday at 4:30pm to “look” and had our machine picked up to drive home on Saturday at 10:30am. Thank you, Brooke, for the speedy and easy service. 10/10, would do it again.

Nextgen Powersports in web lake was amazing. Hands down the easiest purchase I have ever had. I called about a 2023 XCR 850 they had talked with Brooke, and she answered all my questions on the spot. Even the loading of sled to my trailer was perfect. If anyone is looking for hands down a great stress free purchase on sleds, or sxs's I highly recommend Nextgen. I am one very happy customer, and will be going back for every excessory I want.

The experience was fun and easy. We came in and looked at a couple of different utv's, came back the next weekend, and Brooke had all the paperwork ready and answered all the questions we had we were in and out in about a hr. Just finished buying Polaris RGB lights from Lori! Great customer service! Polaris removed the lights from my 24 SNO Check sled because of inventory issues. My local dealer’s current delivery is May. Amazing people at NextGen! We were in the market for a new side by side and stopped into NextGen. Brooke was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the options. My mother takes time to make decisions and Brooke was so patient with her. We were going to go with extra tires and she was so honest on this and told us to save our money for when we have to replace, so you never have to worry about an upsell. Brooke communicated well and always told us where we were at in the process. Made sure to go over all of the features and options and explained everything very thoroughly. For the unit all I can say is what a beast and it has been nothing but reliable. Performance is beyond all expectations for the 2500 miles I have logged. Picked up our new Can Am last weekend from NextGen in Webb Lake. Everyone was helpful from the day we ordered the SXS to the day we picked it up. Thank you to Brooke and the rest of the team for getting our machine ready to go before the Fall riding season kicks off.
