Mark came and resolved 2 issues I had and explained me thoroughly what was going on. I'm actually very pleased with Mr Mark. He is old person probably trying hard to put food on his table but surely knows what he does. Very educated in his work.
Never ever buy products of SEARS because their service is pathetic. I had 3 cancellations in a week. A&E company also please never use there service. Their repairmen only wait for their check. Worthless, not sympathetic and or empathetic, rude and unhelpful Clauda D is at A&E services.

I had a warranty repair needed as well. The middle man company told me that Mark's Pro Service would be doing the repair they gave me their number. Mark's Pro Service answered the phone on the first call, a knowledgeable and friendly person answered the phone. We set up a day for them to do the work, on the day of work to be done they called by 8:30am to confirm time and address. They said they would be there at 10:30 and they were. Told work would be completed in 1-1.5 hrs. and it was. So to sum up. They called when they said they were going to call, they showed up when they said they were and they were done when they said they would be. I can't ask for more than that. Plus the service tech was clean, polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them.

I've had Mark repair more than one appliance . He kept all of the appointments on time, fix the problems and drove 45 minutes to my home each way. I would highly recommend his service.

Bosch authorized a free diagnostic on my 11 year old dishwasher. Repair person came out, took dishwasher apart gave me his thoughts on the leaking and assured me everything was working fine now. He also said he would call me a few days later to see how it was running. I initially had some difficulties contacting the company and had to call Bosch back for some assistance.

My experience with Mark's mirrors all the other negative reviews. Do not use this company, even if your appliance company suggests it as mine did. I could not be more disappointed.

Mark’s Service Pro, did NOT fix my oven and in fact made things worse and dangerous!

I was given marks number to schedule a replacement igniter for my oven, which is under warranty. As he was testing my oven it had a huge gas explosion inside my oven. Concerned, I asked why it was doing that and he said it was because of a default in the oven housing for the igniter, but assured me it was safe and that he would come back with a part to fix it in a week or so. This was over the Holidays and he said it was safe to use just to be aware it might “make a big poof” when lighting. I was shocked but figured he was the expert, right? Yeah no..
the next weekend I was preparing for Christmas dinner. My oven did make “a big poof”, which shook my floor! But it was on and I needed to use it.. so I put my dish in the oven and set the timer. 10 minutes later I checked it, the oven was COLD and I smelled gas! I opened my oven bottom to look at the igniter (that’s how cold it was, I could touch the inside of the oven).

I immediately saw the issue! He did instal a new igniter, but he installed the wrong kind!! The igniter was not the right kind and was installed anyway! So the heating element is facing AWAY from the gas line and inches away! No wonder it wasn’t lighting! (See attached pictures) The oven was just filling with gas and then when it did get hot enough to light, would light the entire oven up! Yeah! If I had opened the oven when it was lighting I could have been caught in an explosion!

I am more than furious! Not only was I unable to prepare my family’s Christmas dinner, but I had to change my entire menu for the holidays!
But that’s not even what I’m most upset about. This repair guy came in and straight up lord to me about the work he did, blaming his incompetence and lack of preparation on the manufacturer, AND he put myself, my family, and our home in danger!

I am not a technician, I am not skilled with appliances at all, but even I knew what he did was wrong and how dangerous it really was! I saw it as soon as I opened the oven!

Mark installed a compressor in my Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. I found the nuts that hold the compressor laying loose in the cabinet as well as one of his screwdrivers after he left. He also charged me $150 more than his quote. The compressor appeared used or refurbished and has an internal rattle that Mark claims is "normal". This refrigerator/freezer has two compressors and the other one does not make this noise nor have any of the other many (I am 55) refrigerators I have owned. He also will not return my calls. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to doing business with him.

Very disappointed with Mark. I have been trying to reach him for weeks now and have not received a return phone call. He seems to be the only tech in this area when dealing with GE appliances with a warranty. Definitely would not recommend.

Was not at all prepared for the initial service call. He was told error code on the machine at the time of making the appointment. He did not bring any parts (in this case a water pump) to the appointment. Without opening the washing machine said it was the water pump and that he needed to order the part and return one week later. Having already waited a week for the appointment I troubleshot and got a water pump from another store. Mark agreed to wait and install it. AFTER the install the washer started leaking. Mark told me it was normal because the new O ring needed to expand and it would stop. Just put a towel under to catch the water. After a few days, it didn’t stop. I called him again. He came out a second time and again did not open the machine but said he could order another new part. He has STILL NOT RETURNED MY CALL. After another service provider came out and actually took the machine apart and found that the water pump WASN’T INSTALLED PROPERLY. It didn’t connect to the hose which is why it was leaking. Relatively easy diagnosis from start to finish that was done poorly on all fronts by Mark. Call another service person.

"WORST SERVICE COMPANY EVER"!!! Do everything possible to "STAY AWAY " from using this company!!! Mark came to fix my Maytag dryer on November 29th, 2017. He acted like it was a bother to have to be there!
He ripped it apart, put it back together,(and put 2 scratches in it), said he had to order a part and would be back next week. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called him back and he didn't have a clue who I was and knew nothing about the part he said he was ordering! He said he would check and call me back, but never did! After another week of calling him and getting no answer and leaving messages he finally answered his phone. Then he said he couldn't get the part, even though I found it online on multiple places that would ship it in 3-5 days! It is now January 7th, 2018, over 40 days since he first came out to my house, and I still don't have a working dryer!!!

Had a appt for Monday. Informed me Monday afternoon he could not make it around 3 pm that day. Rescheduled for Friday am, called him around noon on Friday and left message as to when he would arrive. No reply. Two missed appts. The worst.

Called for a warranty repair on a new dishwasher. Technician shows up to diagnose the problem and says he has to order a part and will be back later. Two weeks later and still no repair done. Call their number and no one answers. Terrible service.

Leak returned in 3 weeks and I can't get them to respond to my phone messages or mail. I did share that I was not in a rush that I had the leak under control with a towel. Frig died. Bought new one.

Mark is the worst kind of service repairman. Does not care. Does not show up for appointments even when scheduled a week in advance. When contacted he will have no clue who you are. Do. Not. Use. This. Service. Beware!
