Agree with the positive feedback about Jackie and the quailty of bait and conversation you'll get every time at O-W. If you're camping local and forgot any spirits, the variety of libations you can peruse while also getting your minnow bucket filled and picking up a crossbow, is just amazing. Just off 29 in Owen and worth the stop.

Family owned and operated since it's inception. All the locals call the store Jackie's. She is awesome! Excellent prices on hunting and fishing gear, licenses and live bait. Centrally located relative to local fishing areas. Worth stopping in even if just to say hi.

Jackie is great to deal with and generally knows a lot about the fishing in the area. She can help you when it comes to buying baits, and helps out alot with her use of the live-well. My friends and family have been going there since we were kids.

The owner is a sweetheart. The alcohol selection is great and they always have something new and fun to try. The sports section has some good lures. You can get your sporting licenses here. They sell potted flowers and fresh local seasonal produce too. Locally owned and lots of locals go here. Owner is a great source of local history info.

They had the exact beers I was looking for (New Glarus is a must when you're passing through Wisconsin), their prices were good and service was great. Much easier to get to from the highway than traveling through medium to large cities looking for a liquor store.

I have been going to this store since I was a kid of 10 years old. I always buy everything that I need for fishing here. Great place to buy liquor for a party too. She has been a great person throughout my life.
