Helen is SO SWEET! You’re not treated like just another client. I just went there for my first time yesterday after leaving the salon I have been going to for 7 years. She’s absolutely earned my business! Helen takes her time, has attention to detail, and takes pride in her work. The salon is small, and a bit chilly, but her work and personality make it worth it!

Hellen is efficient and always does a fabulous job with the shape and color. Her color wheels and nail-shape display make it easy to know what to ask for and she is so mindful of preserving the health of your natural nail. Thankful to have found this great spot!

I feel that Classic Nails is the best nail salon around. I have used other nail salons in the area but they don’t compare to the friendliness and quality work that Hellen provides at Classic Nails and Spa. Hellen is very sweet and personable. She pays attention to detail and doesn’t rush through her work so that she can move on to another customer. My nails didn’t chip or break in between fills. Her artistic ability when she does designs is very impressive. Her shop is clean, tidy and inviting. She is very welcoming and it’s a joy to have a chat with her while she is doing my nails.

Helen is fantastic. Always prompt and nails are on point. She’s become my permanent nail tech in Vermont. My nails don’t chip or fall off in between sessions, and she always makes sure I like them before leaving. Go to Helen!

Hands down the best place I’ve gone to yet for my nails. Great customer service and she’s so sweet! Every single time I’ve come she gets right to me and gets my nails done in a timely manner. It’s only you and her so she makes good conversation and pays attention to you while you’re there! Her office is clean and it’s relaxing to go and not be surrounded with a bunch of other people especially through this Covid stuff. Her prices are great!

The best from Essex to Rutland! Pleasant atmosphere, great selection of polish, and the work is beautiful. I have been 4 times now and am always pleased with the results. Her mini massages are a perfect little spoil me treat.
