I received, as a gift, a pair of Silver Forest earrings that perfectly matched a winter vest. I proceeded to loose both earrings within 24hrs. I finally found the left earring and sent it off to the repair section of the company. They sent me a new pair with backings so I can't loose them. They are my new favorite- like wearing art.

I never realized I could rate this company! They make the prettiest earrings! People always ask me about them! The main reason I want to comment has to do with an experience I had 2008! One of my favorite earrings had fallen between a drawer and was broken beyond repair. I went to every store that I knew carried that brand so I could buy a new pair with no luck. So I wrote to Silver Forest with a full description of the earring and asking where I could order a new pair. They actually mailed me a new replacement pair of the exact earrings! I don't know what it cost them, but they bought my loyalty forever! I have dozens of their earrings and I've bought them as gifts whenever I see them. So I just wanted to put this here in case someone wants to know about them. Their earrings are fashionable and unique and fun to wear.

I love my collection of Silver Forest earrings. My family buys them for me as gifts. When I am on vacation I search out a pair or two to remind me of the time I had. They are made of good quality materials. 👌 loyal customer.

So far I have 3 pairs of silver forest earrings and love them . They are unique and beautifully made, but maybe the best part is the company that makes them. I lost a favorite earring and they replaced it for no charge. Now that is service with pride. You can be sure I will be buying more.
