Pleasant staff. Moderately proficient refill process. Wait in the drive thru line can be maddening at times due to very long delays in getting cars moved along. It's one of those drive thrus you gotta commit to because once you get in, you're trapped and gotta wait.

Ever since they cut their hours it's been horrible. The drive-thru will literally have 10 cars backed up or more. I wasn't able to get my kids medicine for two days because of the long lines. And they close early so my husband isn't able to go pick it up on time. Then they're closed during the weekend. Which means that you have to wait until the beginning of the next week to get your medicine. I was sick last month and I'm pregnant and I couldn't get my medicine until the next Tuesday after the doctor prescribed it. Because they cut their hours and close at 6:00 and then the weekend they were closed and the holiday was that monday. When that Tuesday came.. they didn't even have my medicine in stock so I had to wait a whole another they are too and being freaking miserable. I switched from Walmart to this Walgreens about 3 years ago. I wasn't having any problems until recently. I will be switching Pharmacy again. I hate that when the doctor sends medicine in the morning and you call them and give them time till the afternoon to get the medicine ready, they say that it's not ready. And then when you ask him how long to feel it, they'll sometimes tell you an hour or two. So then when you go to get it they still don't have it ready. Or they just don't have it and you have to wait a whole another day cuz they close early again. Is the continuous cycle that needs to be fixed. Going inside isn't any better. People are always standing in a long line inside of the store. I think I will be going to CVS now

Nice people in pharmacy window and cashiers...but...how do you forget to call my dr? Its been in review for 2 days. It took me calling my dr 5hrs later..now the script is ready when I asked the dr send to seaford bc we dont have issues like them not callon the dr, putting scripts back just after filling them.. Seemingly biased bc of the neighborhood. My moms stage 4 renal she needs that med despite the price. I come back to get it og it expired? What the world? I work seFord Again we r just transfering back.

This Walgreen Pharmacy has serious issues.Like only filling half the prescription order the doctor.Misplacing written PRESCRIPTIONS. NOT KEEPING A AMPLE AMOUNT OF POPULAR LIFE SUSTAING. THE MANAGER OF THIS PHARMACY HAS VERY MANAGERIAL SKILLS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED SPHARMCY STAFF SEEMS TO DISORGANIZED DRUGS ON HAND

Cashier never spoke to me just nodded her head if I asked something. Pharmacist had a very bad attitude. Should have read the reviews before going there.

Unprofessional. No communication with customers in the pharmacy. They tell you your medicine will be ready in a certain time but fail to tell you they will be closing for lunch at the same time your medicine will be ready. No posted hours nothing. Sat for 25 min as I was told just for them to then be closed. Absolutely RIDICULOUS

I have been doing my prescriptions at this store since it was Happy Harrys....I've not had any issues until this past year! Every time I have called or went into the store for my daughter's monthly medicine that she NEEDS daily I've had nothing but problems! They took me off autofill for what ever reason and never have the meds when I need them. Now they have changed their hours to close at 6.....A LOT of people don't get off work until 5 so I feel their hours should be later in general.....regardless with all the problems my app told me her refill should have been done on the 6th but it was not....then was told I didn't have auto refill(which I've always had) We ran out this morning and I called it in when I got off work. The rude tech told me I have to go to seaford because they were closing In 20 min. Even though I was right next door! Laurel branch has hit rock bottom service is terrible, associates are rude and they don't know what to do!!!! I know it's hard times with staffing but this is not acceptable when yoirndealing with medicine people NEED!!!! MY HUSBAND is currently at the Seaford location with 10 people in line.....pay better do better!!!!! I will take my business to rite aid or Walmart after this refill!

They shortchanged my daughter's medicine which seems to be a regular problem. Then they charge for the full prescription. Someone is probably selling the medicine and making money off of people who need their meds.

I continually have issues with the pharmacy. They either don't bother to fill prescriptions that are either dropped off or even sent in by the Drs office, or they never have the medicine in stock. The pharmacy even called my daughter to tell her to pick up her prescription because it was ready, but when we got there, it hadn't even been filled yet.

They were closed for several days without any notification which made it impossible to pick up our prescriptions. Now, they have changed their hours.

The Laurel, DE Walgreens should just close already. It's not like they're doing their jobs in the pharmacy there.
