Absolutely ADORE this coffee shop. Their London Fog Latte keeps me coming back every week. But beyond how soul warming my drink is, the owner and staff are always so welcoming. Then to top it all off, the environment is fresh, warm and filled with plants. Just how I love it. No clutter or wild ambiance, which makes focusing on work extra efficient for me. Elated to have this energy in my small town. Keep it up.

The coffee was so tasty and in such a great spot. The atmosphere is nice and when we went, they were open with Red House Sweets. Both of these were a great combination and it was nice to have options. The person taking our order was very kind and helped me decide what drink to order as I was all over the place.

Cute little coffee shop and have to say the lavender coffeee was amazing. I like how they have the bakery right next door for those that want some sweets with the coffee. Totally worth the time to stop by!

By far the best little coffee shop in St Albans. Not only is their coffee top notch, but the atmosphere and hospitality is equally as wonderful. Unsure of what to order? Karen and her staff will find something you love! Personally, we enjoy the Mochadino and Izzy enjoys their Bellcate School Dog Treats!

Favorite coffee shop ever! Well worth the half hour drive here. The service is amazing; all the ladies are so sweet and friendly! And the London Fog is my new favorite drink treat. Awesome pastries to grab from next door. The cozy, bright and cool atmosphere makes this a great place to settle in to get some work done. Love it here.

The shop is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love that it's connected to the bakery next door, so you can have food with your coffee.

My husband and I are more tea drinkers than coffee drinkers, so we were quite pleased to find that the shop knows how to brew good tea! It's loose leaf, and they serve it to you after it finishes brewing. That's not common!

The presentation of the tea and siphon coffee are lovely. You get dairy and sweetener in their own containers on the side on a small tray.

We also tried the siphon coffee on a different day. It's unique! It reminded me of the specialty coffee shops we saw in Japan.

If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try! I'd be a regular if I were local.

Close your eyes and picture an independent coffee shop circa 2019 and you’d see this coffee shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great coffee. I got some good work done in the casual, comfy atmosphere here.

For someone who has visited many specialty coffee shops across the US, Catalyst is a gem in St Albans.

The cappuccinos are awesome, and they even have some great espresso bean options for home.

Will be revisiting when passing through St Albans.

Such a nice find. The service was excellent. The siphon coffee and latte were pretty good. The maple cinnamon roll was tasty. The lemon soda with activated charcoal was different and lemony. Nice place to sip a coffee and catch up on emails. Would definitely visit again when passing through!

There are many good coffee shops in Vermont, but this one is right at the top. Must try the siphon-brewed coffee. Big plus having the bakery adjacent. You can tell the owner and staff really care about their craft

I ordered an iced maple latte and it was delicious! I love when a coffee shop doesn’t overdo it with the added flavors. You can taste the quality of the coffee they use. The baristas offered a choice of espressos based on flavor, which was something I’d never had the pleasure of experiencing before.

Cute little coffee shop in the heart of St Albans. Coffee is excellent, employees are pleasant and the owner is wonderful. They take their time and care crafting each cup. My go to for anything coffee when I’m in the area.

Catalyst serves excellent not over-roasted coffee, and is a very friendly place to get your caffeine from. Also next door to an excellent bakery as a bonus.

I absolutely love how inviting the atmosphere is, I am indecisive and don't know much about coffee but the employees were very patient and answered any questions I had!
