Dakota coffee has a very warm and calming atmosphere. Megan is always smiley and efficient. Customer service has always been great. I just want to say, Megan went out of her way for me the last time I was in there. It was about 10 minutes to closing time and nobody was occupying the business. She had put the scone away as it was almost closing time and not busy. I asked her if they had any scone and she said yes and she went and got it for me. This kind of dedication and thoughtfulness is hard to find nowadays! Thanks Megan!

The worker named Addi had brilliant costumer service. My coffee came efficiently and my food had no cross contamination as a promise. I would give her six stars if I could. My drink tasted spectacular as well

The coffee and the service are the best in town! We love to come for lunch - the Big Kid Grilled Cheese is the best! (not just for kids!) Annie is the best at suggesting drinks and makes a wonderful blended latte. We look forward to our many visits to Dakota!

First of all, I had the best Coffee ever thanks to Megan she is amazing at her job. She also has great customer service I could talk to her for hours. I love when she draws on my cups it makes my day. Everyone is amazing but Megan is the best.

I had the pleasure of having Megan as my barista and let me tell you, this girl has gone above and beyond customer service expectations. She explained everything on the menu and helped me with my order. She made sure to make it perfectly with a smile. She is such a joy to see. Great service Megan!
