Connie and company are fantastic to work with. They really know the ins and outs of weddings and have ides and suggestions that most people wouldn't event consider something to think of. I found both Connie and Janet (Connie's mother) extremely helpful and easy to work with. I think my favorite part were my flowers, they were absolutely gorgeous!! I would recommend working with St. Char Ro to anyone.

The shop is not what you would anticipate when you walk in, but the service is great. They will help you with any hiccup along the way and do not try to oversell you on unnecessary items like so many other shops. I really appreciated their assistance with my recent wedding reception.

If I could give this company a negative five star review, I would. The didn't show up when they said they would, the never called when they said they would, they showed up with orange flowers when my colors were purple and grey, they are very unprofessional, and they have no clue how to organize and run a proper business.

It took them three months to call me after taking my $300 nonrefundable deposit, even after I had called and left several messages. They are very unprofessional and have to talk your ear off about their health problems any time you do speak with them. They say they'll call you back, but never do.

They are judgemental and rude. For example, when I told them what I wanted, the two ladies would always tell you why it isn't a good idea and how you should do it. It is fine to give advice and opinions, but they should never shut you down and not let you have creative control over your event.

They told me they would show up at 8am on my wedding day to setup. The guy showed up the night before and drove through the middle of my rehearsal dinner several times. He almost hit people with his truck, my sister in law literally had to run to get out of the way to avoid getting hit. He also interrupted me in the middle of a speech I was giving to my 60 guests, and was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.

He told me they would be back at 8 am the next morning to finish setting up. They didn't show up until 9:30, and they showed up with orange flowers. My colors were purple and grey, and i had emailed them deferral color and flower ideas previously. The lady that brought the flowers was also rude to the owner of the venue. She took the flowers back to fix them, and when they came back, you could tell they were hastily thrown together. My bouquet was not big like I wanted, didn't have succulents like I had specifically asked for/ shown pictures for. The wrapping/ ribbon was coming off and had to be fixed, and the loose petals were disgusting looking - wilted and turning brown.

After sending the flowers away, the older lady called me to apologize. On the phone, after she had just called me, she said they hadn't had a way to contact me. Literally, right after she called my cell phone. That is why the guy showed up and interrupted my rehearsal dinner.... They didn't have a way to contact me...... even though we had called, emailed, and snail mailed each other multiple times over a 6 month timeframe.

These people were a NIGHTMARE to work with. Very unprofessional, and they do not know how to provide customer service or run a business. Stay away from this business!!!!

We went in late March to talk about what we needed. They were giving us a lot of, "That won't work. You can't do that combination." It's our wedding, please don't tell us what we can and cannot do. If it was for a certain flower that wasn't available that time of year, ok, but if I want a specific colored linen combined with these cups, why would you tell me no? They then told us, "Our son is getting married, give us until mid April to get back to you. And we need $300 down right now non refundable." We tried to contact them in late April, because we hadn't heard from them. A couple of times in May and several times in June. They finally got back to us late June. There was a medical issue, which I understand some delay, but to push someone off 3 months you had promised a month a most, was unprofessional. A call with an any reasoning for the delay would've sufficed and been understood.

When we did finally got in touch with them, we had to resend emails of pictures for the colors and arrangements that we wanted. In the end, we probably sent the same pictures 4 or 5 times.

A couple weeks before the wedding, we were informed, "we'll be in touch with you 2 or 3 days BEFORE the wedding so we can arrange a time to set things up." The night before the wedding, we hadn't heard a word and in the middle of people arriving at the Rehearsal Dinner, they show up and want to setup the arch, which was NOT the arch we had scheduled to get. They were backing up and literally almost hit 5 people even after we were yelling to the driver to stop. His "spotter" saw the people and didn't give any warning to stop.

In the middle of dinner, my wife-to-be was giving a speech to our 60 guests, when the driver interrupted mid-sentence to ask for a ladder. When they had finished for the night, they told us they'd be back at 8 a.m. to finish. They didn't show up until 930, and the driver had a very bad attitude with the owner of the venue, and not only that, but they showed up with the WRONG flowers. Our colors, which we reiterated SEVERAL times, with multiple emails and pictures, were purple and grey. Why did they bring us ORANGE flowers?? They told us they would fix them and when they brought them back, they were sloppy. The ribbons were loose. The ends of the bouquets were not wrapped. The crystal decoration on the stems were barely hanging on. They were unevenly cut. The bride's bouquet didn't have the succulents they were supposed to have so it was very small. The flower girl's pedals were turning brown. They obviously didn't care about the quality of their work. The amount of extra work and added stress this whole fiasco added, when they guaranteed us they would make anything they were providing for us to be the EASIEST part of the whole day, was the "icing on the cake"for my regret of working with them from the start.

The older lady had called shortly before the flowers (fixed)arrived, and told my wife that they "didn't have any way of contacting us beforehand and that's why they showed up the night before when they did...... Then how did you just call her then?? What about all the emails and voicemails we left with contact information?? They didn't have any contact information, yet they just made a phone call...?

When all was said and done, we got married and got a bill 2 weeks later, for the full amount. No discounts or anything for issues THEY had. If I could give negative stars for a rating I would. I will not be referring anyone to them for floral or event needs. Especially not for something as important as a wedding!

**Thanks for responding...3 years later...** "We were scheduled to setup the night before. During the setup it began to rain and we had to move the equipment to the garage. (no extra charge) I was the spotter, and a couple of the guest also helped get the truck turned around. The bride had very foul language, and several of the guest were standing out in the rain so they didn't have to deal with her."

First off the guy showed up and set up half the stuff and left and we waited hours for them to come back and finish and they never showed up so I finally had to call to get them to come finish. Then I didn’t get several of the things I ordered and my dad had to call them to get them to come fix the dance floor because it kept trying to fall down. Then the morning of the wedding one of the guys from the company came to mop the dance floor since they didn’t do it after setting up and he was very rude to a guest and at that point I probably should have said something but I was willing to overlook all of those things until I got back from my honeymoon and found out that my mom went in and cleaned the entire venue including scrubbing the bathrooms spotless and when st charro came in to take down there decorations the same guy who was rude to my guest the day before used the bathroom my mom had just cleaned and got poop all over the seat making a disgusting mess and then left leaving my mom to go back in there and reclean the bathroom including his disgusting mess. Highly disappointed in st charro and would never recommend them to anyone!
