I was running behind for my appointment, but even so they still took me in. Leticia was my beautician and she was absolutely the best!!! She also happened to be the manager, but because the beautician I was originally scheduled for had extended her appointment with another client, Leticia made sure I was still taken care of. Her attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer, as well as seeing the manager willing to take on customers to keep them happy was impressive! I am already going back again for a second wax! Thank you Relax and Wax Team!

Brenda is amazing! I had my appointment time wrong and was 15 minutes late. She was closing down and literally about to walk out the door, but she still accommodated me after finding out I was leaving for Mexico that week. She was so good at being patient with me while waxing and talking me through it giving me affirmations to say lol. I wont book with anyone else!

Halle is awesome! She was fun and quick. I brought in my baby (8 months old) and he got a bit fussy. She offered to put Elmo on the TV. He had a blast in my appointment.

Leaving Depil and going to Relax and Wax has been the best decision I’ve made in 2023 so far. 5 star experience for sure! Brenda at Relax and Wax on Delano in Dallas, TX gave me the best Brazilian Wax that I have ever had and I’ve been getting waxed for years now. Book with her but save a spot for me because she now has a forever client!! I will look forward to my waxes from now on. Brenda was so quick and it was not painful whatsoever. I’m still in awe. I wanted to say that my experience at this business was wonderful.. when you first pull up it’s just a regular house.. but when you come in, it’s very welcoming… I am so bad with names but girl in the front desk was very nice and helpful.. the girl Ashton( I hope I spelled it right) was great when doing my Brazilian wax. She really made me feel comfortable.. she also was very attentive and informative!! I can really say that they are really good at what they do and I would recommend this place to anyone

Only taking the time to write this review because Milagros was a amazing and deserves her praises to be sung. I waited way too long since my same wax and was scared about that first time pain all over again, but her hands are blessed because it was even a fraction as bad as I expected to be. And she’s thorough, there was no hair left behind. I love her and will be back

Halle was my waxer and she was amazing and finished my wax in less than 15 mins! I’ve been looking for a great African America waxer that’s knowledgeable on our skin and she is that. She gave me so many tips on how to prevent ingrown hairs and lighten hyperpigmentation. Ive rebooked with her and scheduled a vajacial!

Finally found a go-to wax location AND wax-gal. Milly gave me the best wax experience I’ve gotten thus far in my waxing history lol. Definitely will keep coming and recommend. Oh, and they offered me wine at my arrival. 🫶🏼

This was my first waxing experience and I was so nervous but this place was amazing. I was with Octavia and she was very polite, knowledgeable, as well as casual. I didn't even notice the pain through our laid back conversation, she had a bomb playlist playing in the background, and she knew exactly what she was doing. At no point was I ever uncomfortable and about five minutes in you never would've even known that this was my first time, that's how calm and relaxed she had me. I would definitely recommend going here and I will be going back.

For a first timer the experience was exceptional. A bit nervous at first ,didn't know what to expect but I was able to relax after getting in the room and the tech Britney explaining everything. I was very hairy but when I left it was nothing, I mean nothing! The atmosphere was comfortable and customer service was good. I would definitely recommend a friend.
