The staff are always friendly and helpful. You don't have to look long for someone to assist you and if they don't know the answer, they are quick to find someone who does! That kind of service is in short supply these days. They also seem to stock everything I need. I would recommend McCoy's to anyone. Keep it up guys!

My first order ever I did an online delivery due to some space restraints with my car. They showed up early to deliver and cave me a courtesy knock to let me know. If I wasn't feeding the baby I would've shook his hand. Very kind company. Already told my husband we need to shop here locally rather than drive to home Depot or Lowe's. Thanks McCoy's!

My husband's toy store. Ugh. Lol

This store has materials for practically any job around the house you promised to do. It also has snacks, sweet, salty or jerky. The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. They are open seven days a week, therefore you can even acquire the materials you need so that you may start any project early on any given day.

Love shopping here. If I cant find something, the employees are always there to help. They are geared for quick in and out if you are picking up lumber and supplies in the lumber yard. I love their system. They have a great staff. Would not go anywhere else

Went shopping for a certain item and ended up spending more than I should have. The associate Miranda was so very helpful to help me spend my money. I'm thankful for all her knowledge of the store she works at. Thank you Miranda for a wonderful shopping experience.

This place is always well stocked has a very wide variety of goods and is very clean and organized. The back area is amazingly easy to drive around to get lumber, fencing etc. The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I have only found good straight cuts of lumber that isn't curved, heavily knotted or badly dried. Quality products only!

Everytime I go here they are always fast and helpful. Never had a problem or complaint about here. If they stayed open later than 7, that would be great, due to my hours at work it's hard to make it in time

After shopping online and in store at the big box storeS, we checked McCoy's , they had what the others didn't. Ordered online yesterday, picked up today. Great, friendly customer service from the lumber yard loader. Will be checking them first from now on.

This will sound contrived but it isn't. Shop here instead of Home Depot. The service here is like America was 40 years ago. People are friendly and if they don't have something they'll get it. Plus you wknt have to wear an idiotic face mask. I needed a drill bit for some fencing and 2 employees offered to show me where they were.

McCoys employees are the BOMB!!! They were so helpful. My husband & I got there right at closing.... They were still so helpful instead of sending us away. I will do all my household protects using McCoys in Dayton!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
