I love how much they take care of u here @ my bank SouthTrust Bank.

Idk if it's because of the Bank but I've had money stolen from my account multiple times. Had to cancel my debit and get a new one 3 times already. Luckily after I dispute the money is put back but it's a very annoying process. If it happens again I'm losing trust in their security and switching banks!

Crooks. Had some overdrafts cause I moved accounts. Wouldn't work with me on taking some of the overdraft charges off so I could pay the actual debt and close the account. I pulled personal and business accounts because of this. They are also the apptiamy of bankers hours. I can get face to face wirh a banker like I'm used to because the lobby is only open from like 9am-3pm and closed Saturdays. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere where my money and business is valued.

Mickey Mouse bank. Doesn't have the ability to transfer money from my bank.

Warning!! Bank said they had a new policy. When your drivers license expires, you have 2 weeks to send them an updated form of ID or they close your account. That doesn’t mean send you a check in the mail. That means seize your account!
