Excellent clean safe place to stay. Apartments are furnished and Bobby Joe make sure that they are well maintained.

Best place to stay in Three Rivers! Kitchen is beautiful! Better than my kitchen at home. It was quiet, management was friendly. They have weekly rates as well.

Great place to stay for any length of time! I stayed here for 3 months and Victoria was overwhelmingly helpful and friendly to me. She works very hard and takes care of the property diligently. If there was ever anything I needed or asked to be down she was always very prompt in accommodating. Not a single bad thing to say about staying here. Better price than Eagles Den next door too!

This woman saved me this year! I was staying in the worst of the worst places. She got me in and I had the best stay while working on the road, place cateres to workers. In town everything was packed stayed at 2 horrible hotels over 2 months. She put me on waiting list and got me in as quick as she could This place man, the Kitchens are large! Full size fridge and oven. Place is spotless, even the parking lot was clean! She was friendly and so easy to deal with. We will miss you Vic. See you next year! Thanks for everything!

Stayed here while doing a job in town. I am so impressed by this place. Three Rivers is not the easiest place to find luxury, but Eagle Ford Apartments is it. They let you go week to week or month to month which was perfect for our situation since we didnt know how long we would be here. Victoria down at the front is so much fun and really cares about all of the people and their quiet enjoyment of the place. This place is the best in town!

This place has been nothing except purfect for me and my company. We have 6 rooms and will be adding more. The manager goes out of her way over and above to do all she can to make things quiet and comfortable. I myself lived there for over 4 months and never locked my door day or night because of how well she watched over this place. They also offer dish network and the fire stick, internet and have a laundry room with new w/driers. I have over ten people staying there. I appreciate the fact that the manager will take the appropriate actions to keep things quiet and peaceful so everyone can rest. The BBQ area has a nice grill and everyone is welcome all the time. I will have people here for a long time to come.

I was looking for a nice, quiet, clean room and I found it. I must say the beds were better than the 4 star hotel I stayed at last month! Nice clean bedspreads, nice sheets and pillows too. The place was full and we never heard the people above us or next to us. The manager was super nice and helpful if you had questions about local places.

Hey! My name is Shanay Landry. I’m from Louisiana and new to travel working. I came to Three Rivers not knowing anything or anyone. I met Victoria who is the apartment manager at Eagle Ford by accident almost in tears over the place we were originally staying at and she told me about her apartments. It was the first time in months that I actually felt at home and was comfortable enough to sleep. Not only has she gone out her way to make sure everything was ok and going well from time to time. She’s been someone I could call on at 2am for a personal matter Bc I had nobody else and she not only answered the phone she got out of bed dressed and showed up and spent her entire next day helping me with whatever I needed. The apartment manager!!! That wasn’t her responsibility however she was there for me without hesitation. I am so glad I ran into her and now consider her a friend. Thanks so much Eagle Ford. My time at your place has been amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place with such affordable rates!

I had the BEST experience living in my Eagle Ford Apartment. The Wifi connection was perfect. The room was beautiful. The kitchen had granite countertops. I had my own personal water heater. Direct T.V. was provided with my rent payment. I recommend anyone and everyone in the Three Rivers area to rent here. My GOD, I loved this place. The Owner was really cool and extremely helpful with anything and everything. Thank you, Eagle Ford Apartments!

The owner is very responsive to your needs. Everything furnished from dish network, amazon firestick, fast internet, fridge, full size bed, couch, full pantry, you name it. The air conditioner works perfectly and it is a great affordable place to live. They have made this place for me very welcoming throughout the summer.

I've been working on the road for quite a few years now... And this is hands down the best place I've stayed. Victoria is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you are ever in Three Rivers definitely check this place out

I have to say this place is so much improved from when I stayed here a few years ago thanks to the new manager Victoria! The rooms were clean and I was treated very well. Best place in town for sure!

I like this place have my own kitchen my own washer and dryer cable my own Wi-Fi nice managment to shes has great sense of humor. I recommend this to anybody me like it.
