Big Mesquite RV Park

We came to Big Mesquite "just for the winter" over 13 months ago & haven't thought about leaving since, except to travel. We love that the sites are large and built like a community, not a parking lot. It's rural and quiet, the onsite management team is flexible, responsive & courteous and the neighbors are helpful & friendly. Good laundry room & huge dog park.

Quiet park with lots of Mesquite trees. Very nice laundry room and Dog park. Propane drop off and fill which is really nice. We plan to stay three months. Have been here 2 weeks so far and really enjoy it.

Worked a Valero Three Rivers Refinery, this campground is very close. Great Hosts, great park, very accommodating. I will stay here again when I am working in the area.

We've been here almost a year and it's very pleasant. Big spaces for your camper, vehicles, grill, chairs etc. It's also quiet. Very big plus.

The little old lady is real sweet but kinda sweet in her ways. Making biased assumptions about paying guest and their intentions... needless to say it's quite and friendly until you show up at 10pm and someone mentions suv and illegal activity she becomes rather accusatory and judgey...

Great place. Lots of room between RVs, nice laundry facility that is reasonably priced, the park is kept clean and maintained, and the people staying here were nice. The owner obviously cares about the property as well as the people that stay in his RV park. The park is located down a road off the beaten path wich gives lots of privacy yet is still close to town. Easy drive to the lake or Tips park next to the river.

I only came as a visitor to see my cousin who is staying in his RV at Big Mesquite, however, it was a nice location, very quiet, and all I could hear was nature. Not alot of lights in areas, which was nice to be able to enjoy the stars. He has really enjoyed his stay so far in the park. I look forward to visiting him again.

Lots have a lot of space, pricing is reasonable, park is very quiet, WiFi is very good, managers are very helpful and kind, park shower is very clean

We stayed here approximately 6 months. Very quite and not crowded. A fuse blew in middle of night. We let the park host know and he fixed it quickly. Highly recommend and will stay here in future.

Halfway to San Antonio and the beaches in Corpus. Was a good find. Lots are more spacious than others.

Nicest park to stay in within the Three Rivers area! 👍👏😁🤗 Jeff is the best and very accommodating and helpful! Billy did a good job of park upkeep and everyone has to meet Snowy, the tree lounging dog and owner Dan, who rides an incredible amount of miles around the park every day! Loved living amongst all the mesquite trees and we enjoyed the proximity to Choke Canyon! Thanks for the awesome stay, the quiet, and the kindness -- we'll be back!

Nice RV park, large spacious spots. Good people, good price. We will happily return if we are in the area again.

Such a quiet and peaceful place. The laundry room is very clean and they all work! Everyone here is so friendly and they encourage any improvements. I love it here and plan to stay for a long while. Cannot say enough good things about this place, so try it out and I promise you will love it too!

Big Mesquite RV park is a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Jeff, and  staff are fantastic and very helpful! Each site is very spacious and the park is very clean. I have looked online at many RV parks and found most of them are nothing like what the website claims. Big Mesquite website is truly everything as advertised. They have a great bark park, and good size laundry. It’s a quiet comfortable park and the night sky is awesome. We highly recommend this place for extended and short term stays. We are definitely returning next year!

We love this place. Owner and his buddies/employees are so KIND! They go above and beyond to be helpful. Laundry room is very clean. It's an awesome place to park your RV then you can go birding or fishing at the state park close by. Very QUIET

We stopped off and spent two nights at Big Mesquite RV Park and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located a short ways from Three Rivers gives it a nice country feel. It was very relaxing, peaceful and quiet with no highway noises. The staff is very friendly and helpful and can tell you where to eat while in the area. Will definitely make it back there when passing through.

Love this place. Here all winter. Plan on coming back next year too.

This is one of the nicest RV Park's we have ever stayed in! Nice and quiet - away from busy roads! And the spacing of RVs is amazing! Lots of room inbetween RVs and all at different angles so your neighbors aren't 3 feet away! Enclosed dog park, great playground for kids and the laundry facility was amazing! Clean, nice commercial equipment, 5 washers and 5 dryers all fairly priced. Many permanent residents here who have truly made this feel more homey than just another RV park. Patio areas, BBQs, small fenced yards (yes, that's how much room some spaces have!) . . and the owner, Jeff, is super nice and helpful! They even provide an escort to your spot who was most helpful! Great place . . . too bad more RV parks don't follow this model!!!! No trains, very quiet . . . great, great park and reasonably priced!!!

This is a great place to stay during the winter months. It's right in between San Antonio and Corpus Christi which makes it a perfect place to stay when you want explore both areas. Its location makes it perfect for peace and quite when your ready to rest for the day.

The sites are nice and big and you have plenty of room between them. Not like other RV parks closer to the big cities where your on top of each other.

The owner and manager of the Park are exceptional and very friendly.

Three Rivers and George West both have shopping for groceries and are not that far from the Park. Choke canyon has some very nice walking trails if you just want go get out for a walk or bike ride.

I highly recommend this park.
