AT&T Store

This place is so helpful ! They got me in and out and were patient with all my stressed out questions, cuz when your phone acts up it’s never a convenient time in life.
Today I went back and they helped wipe out my trade in phone ! A+ rating in my book!

The store itself was clean and the staff was very welcoming but Ms.Alicia went above and beyond to make sure I left the store satisfied! She was so patient and kind I recommend her to all my people that wants to become an AT&T customer

In the last two weeks I have been to this store three times to purchase phones. Each time Marcus helped us. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us.

Shout out to Matt! He was so patient and awesome at his job! He worked on getting mine and my husband's numbers ported over from Straight Talk for SEVEN HOURS! The time frame was not his fault, 100% due to Straight Talk. Would definitely recommend going to thus location for any and all needs!

Alisha and Kendricks were so helpful. I originally went in to pay a bill. They ended up helping me save on my bill. I truly appreciate them. They were welcoming and made sure I am getting what I pay for. I will most certainly be back in the future!

If you’re ever in the store ask for Sheldon he is amazing super friendly awesome customer service I give him 100/100!!!! He helped my boyfriend and I upgrade our phones and made the process super easy this man deserves a raise!!!!

Went into att for a upgrade. I’m awful at names but the guy that recognized my phone ringtone is a super great guy. Really helpful and very friendly. much recommend the people at the west orange location.

I just moved into the area. Sheldon, Alicia, and Angela were all very friendly helping me set up my Fiber Internet and bundling it with my phone. They even found me a discount. Told me exactly what would show up on the bill and if I had any questions to come back in.

Natalie and Ted were a great help she knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel comfortable the whole time. However the manager was very rude he gets ZERO stars
