Mandy and her team went above and beyond for us. Called and had an after hours emergency and they were right on it same day. I can't remember the young man's name that came and fixed our water main but he was incredible. They are our go to from now on for ANY plumbing issue we have!

Very pleased with the service provided. The guys were informative, very helpful, and the price was fair. Was actually scared to call and get my problen fixed as I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg but when I received the quote I was very pleased and what he quoted me is what I paid. I would highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

Have used them one time. Pleased with their work. Took care of two issues in about 3 hours. Their pricing is about the same as other plumbers. Will call them again.

Robert at Plumbco removed my old dishwasher and did not cap the pipe and water leaked all over my wood / cork floor. When I noticed the leak, Mandy Plumbco would not send anyone out to fix it for two weeks.

Then, Plumbco was supposed to run a new pipe from the water main to my house--a distance of 12'. However, Robert installed extra stuff that I did not request---supposedly to help me keep the pipes from freezing and sent me an invoice for over $1,400.

At the same time as he was supposed to be installing the 12' pipe, Robert dug further into my fenced yard and decided that my irrigation system was not "code" and disconnected the irrigation---leaving the irrigation pipe open to allow dirt to go into the lines. Then, Robert said I needed a backflow valve and I was told that just the cost of the backflow valve was $550 --without considering the installation charges. I called a number of plumbing supply stores in the Midland / Odessa area and in the Austin area --the highest retail cost for the backflow valve was about $180 ---and the lowest was $135. So, when I told Robert and Mandy that their costs were excessive, Robert and Mandy told me that I could not purchase any plumbing supplies because I am not a plumber. They told me that only plumbers could purchase plumbing supplies.

The end result of all of this: Jonathan Portillo left my irrigation pipes open and dirt clogged the lines. I had to get a certified irrigation professional to fix the problems at at cost of $2,500 for the irrigation professional and another $500 for my lawn guy to help.
