This was our first time back after about 3 years cause of the food being just bland. Just wasn't good tasting seafood. Fastfoward we're happy we came back around. Maybe got some new cooks cause everything was cooked to perfection. Seasoned evenly and ended with a great presentation. We're back baby...Kudos

This place has been here a few years and I just recently got a chance to visit. The food is fantastic, and the service is OMG. The portions are unbelievable. You will definitely enjoy it. You can never eat it all. Have to get a doggie bag.

I haven’t been here in a few years, and I noticed new menu items today so I got the Blueberry Lemonade and the Loaded Fried Green Tomatoes, and let me tell you, run! lol run and place your orders because the food is delicious but these 2 new menu items are so good! You know it’s good when the appetizer becomes your entree! And this lemonade, listen, go ahead and ask for one to go because it’s just that good!

Wow!!!! The food here was amazingly good. The blackened catfish was good. It was so well seasoned. The red bags (crab legs, potatoes, shrimp, and other seafood) were good also. They have this gourd cheese grits, oh, so good. You all got to stop by. It's worth it. Great, friendly staff.

We happened upon this jewel! How many ways can I say the SERVICE and FOOD were excellent? We were traveling back to Atlanta with two Seniors celebrating their birthdays. We walked in to an immaculately clean restaurant and encountered Jonathan. He described dishes and offered taste tests to insure we selected items we would enjoy. All of staff and even patrons were cordial and friendly. As first timers we tried a variety of items and loved them ALL. I definitely suggested the loaded fried tomatoes.

Such good food!! We came hungry and got our food pretty quick. Some of the best lemonade we have ever had. My son LOVED the Wharf sauce. The fish was so good we ened up getting seconds. Hush puppies we awesome. The staff was so sweet and helpful. They made you feel like they had known you for years and were so accommodating.

Let me say, the cashier was supper nice and helpful. Let's get into the food.
1. The gouda Grits 3/4 (4/5 if you eat it with the catfish.)
2. Catfish 5/5 (fried very well)
3. Blackened peacon salmon 5/5 (This sauce SLAPS!! It is so good. The cashier mentioned they toss them on wings too and I'm sure it tastes well.)
4. Hushpuppies 5/5
5. Wharf platter 4/5 ( My husband had this, so he rated it.)
6. The smash potato 10/10!!!!!!!!!! These were so good, I ordered more!!!

I would eat here again! It was so delicious. I wanted to try the fried green tomatoes, but was full.

Food was really really good. I have to say I’ve had my fair share of shrimp and grits but this was the best! The young man that works here is very courteous and sweet. If I come back to Montgomery anytime soon I’ll definitely stop back here.

The hush puppies and potatoes were absolutely amazing! Dripping with flavor and very filing . Decent prices for what you are getting. I would recommend. I even got a nice new cup from here. The reason for my 4 star rating is because the shrimp was a bit too salty. With some sauce it helped, but it was a bit hard to get through. Thank you for the great customer service & amazing experience. EDIT: I have to change my rating from 4 to 5!* they really redeemed themselves on the honey pecan chicken and amazing almond toffee dessert !! I’m now going to continue to have this as my top seafood for now ! :)

Phillip was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be coming back! I ordered The food was quick, fast, and fresh as well as the atmosphere being great I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in town! Ask for Phillip he is very accommodating and friendly!!

Food was great, especially the fried oysters and crab cakes. The loaded mushroom app was delicious as well. Nothing special about the atmosphere/location.

Just came in again for a quick lunch and they did not disappoint! Phillip, the manager was awesome and very friendly. He was also very knowledgeable of the menu and made suggestions. This Lobster Grilled Cheese with Sweet Potatoe Fries was the BOMB! He suggested it and it turned out to be awesome! I will definitely continue to support this establishment!

First time at the Wharf. Casual dining experience. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. My friend had suggested the Wharf. She had eaten there several times.
She had the honey pecan shrimp. I had catfish. We both choose sides of smash potatoes and hushpuppies. Everything was delicious. More than adequate proportions. We both requested take home boxes. I will definitely go there again.

The food is very good, but also pretty pricey and took us awhile to get our food. I got the shrimp and grits, and that was probably the best I have ever had, so so good. Other people got fried shrimp, catfish, fish tacos and hushpuppies, which was all very good. Also, the service was great.

Philip at the front counter is always smiling and professional. He takes his time with each customer and offers options. You can’t get no better than him. The food is always amazing. Only problem I have is I want a restaurant back in Prattville Alabama . Please and thank you !!

Warf is my favorite seafood spot ever. I'll take them anyway over Red Lobster. Love love love everything on the menu. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Now, for this location. Visited here a few months ago and it was a terrible experience. Had coworkers express the same and and say they wouldn't ever return to this location again.

Fast forward 6 months. The problems have all been fixed. A couple months ago, they took their superstar of a manager, Bree, from the Eastchase location and moved her to this location and she quickly brought it back to the exceptional quality customers have come to expect from the Wharf Casual Seafood. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the overall experience, all top notch.

Now, if I could just convince them to not get rid of the exceptionally delicious hot catfish sandwich.

We were passing through and tried this place on a whim & I can’t recommend it enough! I got a crispy shrimp poboy with fries and cheese grits. Everything was SO fresh, hot, and crispy. Probably the best cheese grits i’ve ever had. AND the hush puppies are also the best i’ve tried!

This place was amazing! The customer service was phenomenal. There’s nothing on the menu that we didnt like and the staff even walked us through how everything was made and made sure we would like what we got. You guys gotta try this place! Hush puppies, smashed potatoes, and honey pecan shrimp is something I’d get again here!

Each time I come to visit my elderly grandparents, who are now, unfortunately, home bound, and I ask what I can get them for lunch or dinner, they always ask for the Wharf. So, because of them the Wharf has become a family favorite. And it makes me so happy to provide them with something that makes their day. Thank you for that! <3

If you want a delicious southern fish dish, this is your place! Great service and delicious food in a casual setting. Their menu has a great variety of options as well!
