Loved this RV park. The folks running it are so friendly. I felt like a valued guest. Lots of trees and very quiet. Everyone seemed friendly. Close to town, but not too close. Dark skies and plenty of bird song. Only down side was the restroom and shower were not wheelchair accessible. Very surprising, as most RV parks have at least one accessible stall and one accessible shower.

Loved the park, good location to visit things we've never seen and enjoy the history.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the park is clean! (Restrooms nice). Definitely stay there again!

The host was great, he even escorted us to our site. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay again if we were in Alpine.

Staff went out of their way to help us set up our campsite and get propane. Very convenient campsite and beautiful setting. We are elderly couple and will come stay again.

Best place around to refill your RV propane tanks. And they have had propane both times we needed it when Tractor Supply is out. Not cheap, but nothing is cheap in the Big Bend/West Texas area.

Great value for premium pull thru site. Very helpful managers. Great location. Wi-Fi not consistent. You will need a hotspot.

This is a beautiful, well kept park. The sites were more than enough for our fifth wheel. They have a really nice laundry area and a huge dog park. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I loved that it had an RV wash station on site and that you could schedule time at the wash to avoid lines. That's a first for me and was a welcome perk after being in Big Bend for a week. Awesome place!

Restrooms and showers are top notch. Extremely clean park with a place for everyone!
As a follow-up, we drove to Fort Davis, Marfa, and around the area and checked out the other RV Parks we had considered before choosing Lost Alaskan and I must day that we made the best choice in the area. Will definitely stay here again!

Wow, what an impressively friendly staff, beautiful location, and the QUIETEST RV park we have been to. The park was cure and we'll kept, bathrooms impeccably clean, cost was exceptional. We called late, they reserved a spot for us and even stayed late to make sure we got in the spot without difficulty. The site was spot on level, close to restrooms and office and like I said so quiet, you could hear birds despite it being a full park. We noticed the Border Police, City Police and Texas Rangers have permanent spots there so it is obviously very safe.

The picnic tables and benches were small but cute and we'll maintained.

Very nice RV Park. Helpful friendly staff. Attended a RVWomens Rally there and they had a nice common room that we used and bathrooms were very clean. Nice level sites. Would definitely stay there again.

Park is spotless. People were extremely friendly and helpful. The park had laundry with very nice machines and they were reasonably priced. Restrooms and showers were spotless! They are able to fill your propane tank. They also have cable TV hook up at every site.
Without a doubt the best RV Park we have ever stayed at!

The Texas Ramblin' Roses chapter of RVing Women held a rally here with about 40 women and 35 RVs. From reservations through our departure, the park team took great care of us. Sites were long and level gravel with a table and full hookups. There is a dog park, sparkling clean pool, clean restrooms with showers. There are cabins for those without RVs and a nice tenting area with unique shade covers. There is also a community room with a microwave that worked as a rally room for our group although it would have been nice to have a fridge.

My husband and I spent 5 nights camping at Lost Alaskan RV Park. The hosts were friendly and were able to advise us on area activities. A BIG plus was that the restrooms and showers were sparkling clean! We have a very small camper, so the showers and the cleaniness of those showers is important to us. We also used the laundry which had 6 washers and dryers available. Another huge plus is that the sites are pull through making life on the road a bit easier! 😊 Each site was also well maintained. It's a large park, but it was very quiet when we were there. Definitely recommend.

What a great little campground! We were travelling with some friends who ended up with major mechanical issues with their truck. We pull into the Alaskan RV park and right from the get go the staff, Lisa and Eric, were very friendly and accommodating. The owner Todd was very helpful and they were able to put us up for our unexpected stay. This is a busy campground, so working around us while we tried to resolve our issues was truly amazing. We would highly recommend this RV park. It is nice and flat, good size pads, all utilities work great and it is very clean. Thanks to everyone at the Alaskan!

We did not stay at this RV park, but we spent some time there, getting Propane for the onboard tank, washing the Big Bend mud off the RV, and filling the water tank. This is a very kind family run organization. They are willing to go the extra mile to help strangers, even those who did not spend the night in their park. In addition, the location is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place for service, overnight, or longer. Next time we will!!!

We don't have an RV, we have an electric vehicle that we were bound and determined to take into Big Bend. No ev chargers anywhere but this is the nicest RV park around and if you're going to spend an extra 8 hours charging, they have a pool and a rec room and a lovely neighbors that are so welcoming. Truly, the Texan way. ❤ Clean showers, laundry mat & pets welcome. Dollar store in walking distance.
