1 would give them 10 stars if it was a available. Driving in from Dallas, one of lights on car started flashing. My friend called Wheeler to tell them situation. Doug on Svc said it was safe to drive, to bring car to them now. Wheeler closes at 5:30, we got there at 5:15, but I think if we'd been late, they would have waited. When we arrived, they already had a loaner car fueled up and ready for us. Now, that is what I customer service.

Today I went in for a State Inspection. I asked the service adviser Tyler about my radio that has been out for a while. He took a look at it and attempted to reset my stereo just trying to help me out. He offered to look for me free of charge. You don't find this level of customer care anymore. You sure can find great service at Wheeler. Thanks for making a routine inspection a wonderful experience!

We bought a car from Wheeler Motor 2 years ago & bought the extended warranty, we moved 7 hours away to the Tyler area. I had to take my car in to another dealership near us for repairs. The experience was horrible, they gave us the run around. I called Wheeler Motor, spoke with Doug in the service department and he called the Warranty company. The dealership here in Tyler stated the item that needs repair is not going to be covered by warranty. When I called Doug back to report the bad news he again called the warranty company. He was able to work things out for us, we are so thankful and grateful for Gib & the staff at Wheeler Motor... going above and beyond to help us!!! We are willing to drive the 7 hours to be taken care of for sure!!

My husband and I have been overly pleased with all the staff at Wheelers Motor Co. In Stanton, Tex. We have already bought 4 cars with and will continue doing business with them as long as we can. There are not enough good words to describe them and how they treat you when you go there if interested in purchasing a car, truck, or Suv. One person who has helped us tremendously in finding the right car is Sandra. A very nice and friendly person. You are not pushed or rushed when looking for a car. They let you take your time to look around until you are satisfied with what you want. And all of them are friendly. Try them next time, and you will be a happy customer.
