Pricey but delicious and worth the money. I had the scamp and it was awesome. It was the first time I had it and it was suggested by the waiter. A colleague had the salmon and it looked great also.

Absolutely the best! Food is so fresh, beautifully prepared and always consistent. We drive from Birmingham at least once a month to dine at Jubilee. We love the staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable and the service is impeccable. Jubilee is a favorite of locals, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Oftentimes there’s a wait. Settle down and wait..If you love seafood I promise it is always worth the wait!

Jubilee is the best restaurant in Montgomery AL, period. The specialty is seafood but the service and ambiance take it over the top. We had the scamp with lump crab and the scamp with salsa. Everything tasted great, was seasoned perfectly and served hot. Amazing!!! We will be back soon.

This was a VERY pleasant surprise. We like to try different places around town so we Googled nearby seafood and Jubilee Seafood came up. When we arrived we were a little skeptical. It isn’t the most appealing from the outside. Then when we walked in and the place was packed to capacity. However, my party of three were the only Blacks in the place. Uh oh, right? Nope. We decided to stay and try it anyway. The waiter was super nice and very knowledgeable about the offerings. We ordered the scamp, oysters, and shrimp. We shared bread pudding with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. ALL delicious! The portions were perfect. The most satisfying part were the people. Couples stopped by our table and bragged on the food, gave my daughter compliments, and even gave us tips on what to try. It’s true... don’t judge a book by its cover. We’ll definitely return.

I typically do not do small restaurants, or older restaurants that I can say, but this was a wonderful experience! I was very happy with the hospitality, the customer service was awesome. We were met with smiles from the waiteress and seemingly owner who held the door open for us to come in which made it even warmer. It's a bit pricey, and I thought it wouldn't be worth it until I received my food and it was well worth it. The Alaskan halibut was amazing. My fiance had the duck which he enjoyed. The other party had a shrimp platter. To top it off, we had the bread pudding which was a definite guilty pleasure. The waitress also boxed my leftovers. I suggest this place. I didn't know that it has been in Montgomery for so long, yet I was glad to finally attend.

Jubilee Seafood was recommended by a friend. I had the blackened Redfish dinner special which was excellent. Also had a half dozen raw oysters for an appetizer, which were rather small, but very good. The wait staff members were very attentive and provided excellent service. All the people in our group were very pleased with their dining experience. It reminded me of dining in New Orleans.

We jumped off interstate on the way to the beach and found one of the best family owned neighborhood restaurants ever!! Everyone knew others and made us strangers feel like old friends and those were just the customers who obviously come regularly as the hostess knew them by name. Food was fabulously fresh and prepared. We knew we must have hit gold when we realized everyone comes to eat regularly. Seems pricey but it’s not because the food is worth it. A great stop for #beachbound travelers who want a nice respite from the traffic.

We chose this restaurant at the last minute for an impromptu graduation dinner. We aren't from Montgomery and knew nothing about it, just the reviews we'd read online. Given that it was a busy graduation weekend, we didn't have a lot of options, particularly at the last minute. I'm happy to report that we couldn't have been more pleased. The owner, who is very much involved in the restaurant, gave us a private room to accommodate our rather large group, and the food and service were exceptional!!!! Anthony, our server, was the absolute best!!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu offerings, how they were prepared, etc., and he gave us just the right amount of attention balanced with time to visit with our family. Thanks, Jubliee owner and staff for helping us have a memorable evening. You all rock!!!

I'm from FL so I've been eating seafood my whole life. I've also traveled quite a bit. I think I've eaten seafood in about every coastal state in the US and also on a couple of islands and I can say this was one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten at. Very pleased

Stopped,by this jewel of a restaurant find driving from Biloxi to Atlanta. Wanted some more fresh seafood. This spot was perfect. Small and local. You must try the gumbo appetizer and bread pudding dessert. Tasted like my Grandma's from years back. Fresh Snapper was fantastic. Very good experience.

I'm not a huge seafood fan, but I do eat a few things. That being said, the way that the staff caters to you, and how friendly and attentive they are blew my mind. It's not often you get service on this level. Just on the level of service alone, I will return here and I don't even like seafood like that. My fiance had the Alaskan halibut, and I had a duck dish I can't remember the name of. Both of our dishes were delicious. First impressions are the most lasting and what a first impression.

Jubilee's is always great. It's kinda small, so there's sometimes a wait. If you don't mind sitting at the bar, you can order and eat there. Scott is the bartender, he's been there forever. He's great! All the wait staff are good. I highly recommend it! It's a little pricey, but oh so worth every penny!

Best seafood I have ever eaten. I know Montgomery knows, but this is a diamond. Great people serving you led by its owner Captain Bud. This man knows all food, not just seafood. Heck of a caterer as well. Wish I didn't have to drive from ATL to eat here. It's that good.

The most amazing seafood without being at the ocean. A wonderful bowl of their fantastic gumbo!

The most enjoyable and satisfying food and drink experience in Montgomery. Five star food and five star service. The menu changes often and reflects the freshest seafood and meats available at that moment. Scott makes the finest cocktails and keeps the service tuned like an orchestra. Your name will never be forgotten and you will always be treated as if you are the most important guest. You have to go!

This is an institution in Montgomery and I have never had a bad bite of anything here! The parties in the event space (Kat &Harri's) are always well staffed and the food is delicious and fresh. We seldom miss a chance to attend an event or eat a meal here!

This place is amazing! The line out the door told me so. When I ate the food, I was in love. Scott, who I believe is the owner of the establishment, worked his tail off!! And he made sure to get the orders in and to each person within good time. The ambiance is full of laughter you can tell that everyone thoroughly enjoys their food. If you're in the area, this place is a MUST visit!!

P.s. I dont like Cole slaw or bread pudding but the way they make it will make anyone like it!!

This is a great little seafood restaurant. It is small and you should get there early if you dont want to wait. They have an extensive fresh catch menu with a wide variety of preparation styles. The place is kind of quaint with a little bit of romantic ambience. It's a great place for a date or a business meeting

My husband and I had dinner with friends tonight at the Jubilee Seafood restaurant. I had heard that the food was very good, but I was unprepared for how fantastic the food really was! I had the blackened redfish with cajun popcorn and louisiana pepper cream, and my husband had the baked potato bacon crusted Faro Island king salmon. Both were equally delicious!! We will definitely be return customers. By the way, the service is extremely good.
