Recently started going to Tri La Bite with coworkers who eat there regularly and I’m glad they introduced me. Awesome service, solid portions, great flavor pairings and okra. Love okra. The chorizo blue cheese burger is awesome as is their current bourbon burger special. I have also tried their veggie wrap which is great as well. I haven’t had all the burgers in Alpine but I’m sure their burgers are in the running for best in town. Stop by if you see them open.

Adorable prehistoric themed food truck with healthy options. Friendly cashier, relatively quick for such a small operation & a very nice shaded picnic area. Right across from Sonic if you've got picky kids.

I passed the place up while looking for a restaurant to eat lunch. What caught my eye was all the vehicle’s parking in front. I made the block and turned around. I was very hungry, to the point where I could care less how good the food is.

To my surprise, it has to be the best lunch I’ve had on the road in a very long time! The service was excellent and the servings were generous.

I’ll definitely come here again whenever I’m passing through.

My girlfriend and I visited Tri La Bite because of the great reviews we’d read. It was a bit difficult to time our visit because they’re only open 11:30am to 3pm, but we managed to get there just when they opened.

I ordered a jalapeño popper burger with fried okra and my girlfriend got a grilled chicken wrap with fries. As other reviewers have mentioned, highly recommend getting the fried okra - it’s really good.

They also have outdoor seating, but the weather was really windy, so we ate in our car.

Most memorable part of the experience was being able to sign our names on their food truck.

An amazing small food truck in the Alpine area!

We had just arrived in Marfa and we're looking for a vegetarian option and this place happen to be open. So we drove back to Alpine and were pleasantly surprised with the meal that we received.

My wife had a vegetarian burger and I had a regular beef burger and both were excellent. We also had fries and fried pickles for appetizers that were both exceptional as well.

We received great customer service from the husband and wife team that were running the establishment. We were even followed up buy a visit to our table by one of the owners to ask if everything was great, which it was!

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a bite while you're on the road or in the Alpine/Marfa area.

Probably the best burger in town. Alpine is known for its food trucks and this is one you definitely want to try out! Their burgers hit the spot every time!

Pepperjack cheese, bacon, fried jalapenos, bbq sauce...... best dern burger I've had in a while. Haven't ever been to Alpine before, but I know I'm always looking forward to going back now if I'm in the area. I've never had bobba Tea before, but I'm a fan of that too now, thank you.

Really tasty burgers! Dog friendly; owner brought out a water dish for our pup. Several shaded picnic tables to enjoy your food.

Lovely food truck with great burgers and fried okra. The falafel burger was especially a hit.

Good lord I just finished one of the best burgers I can remember having. Really nice stuff. I didn't know that they no longer offer the Philly cheesesteak quesadilla when I ordered it but they decided to hook me up with one. It was awesome.

I recently bought a house and moved to Alpine, Texas, so I'm trying out all the Restaurants. Their Blue Cheese Chorizo is amazing. I rank their Blue Cheese Chorizo a tie as the best burger in Alpine, Texas with the double cheeseburger from Bock Burger Takeaway. It's tough to rank or compare the two since Blue Cheese Chorizo is a different type of burger. I will be back to order the Blue Cheese Chorizo Burger.

Good food at this small permanent food truck. You wouldn't expect this good of food out here in the middle of nowhere but I'm sure it's due to the college.

We ate at the picnic table beside the food truck. Excellent food!
