Been here a few times always great service great staff and great food look forward to going back and pricing is very reasonable and it's a good place to have an almost home cooked meal ☺

An unexpected gem that we visited for a break from our motorcycle ride. The food was good and made fresh as far as I could tell. My dad ordered a quarterback burger but couldn't finish it, which I predicted but he's a stubborn as any old guy I guess...

Pulled in here while in a weekend motorcycle trip for lunch. Very glad I did! Fantastic country cafe! I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect. Juicy, seasoned like a good old fashioned backyard burger. The onion rings were large, crispy and piping hot. Our waitress was speedy and very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!

Love the Generals Cafe great food and awesome customer service. You guys if u have never ate there you've gotta stop in and try it. You can dine in or get take out ....

Come here weekly get the specials. Very good food can't say I've had anything I didn't enjoy. Love the corn salad broccoli salad potato casserole all sides are homemade. Taste homemade Not regular canned veggies.
Desserts are good any of the LUSHES are good I had a chocolate and a blueberry

The food was delicious!! I got a crispy chicken salad and some cheese balls. Some wonderful people work there and the food is always great! Please get a dessert when you go because you won't be disappointed! You will be full but you can get one to go.

First time there. Excellent food! Great service! Best Country Fried Steak dinner I ever had! My friend had the Catfish dinner and it was excellent! The fillets were huge! The place was clean. We will be going back!

Came across the General while taking "the scenic route". Got there right before noon and took a chance. AWESOME. Place was packed by noon. Catfish was great, and food going to other tables looked good too. One waitress was super busy but was working hard and keeping up. Love eating where the locals go.

Our waitress was fun and so awesome! Really enjoyed my salad and fried mushrooms!

Fish sandwich was my best bet. We enjoyed more then expected. Delicious desserts. Blueberry lush was what I had which is a must try. Appetizer combo was worth every penny. Over all.. I'll go back again and again.

We were there to celebrate my birthday. We had 13 in our group, the restaurant was very busy several large groups. Our waitress was very good took very good care of us and the food was excellent.

My first time going there, and I love it. Good food and service. Cooked to order so it will take a little time to get your food. You need to give it a try.

Fabulous chicken salad sandwich. Lemon Lush pie is awesome. Going back SOON. P.S. All waitresses are very courteous and friendly. And Penny, (Owner and primary cook) knows her stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

We love General's Cafe. The prices are very reasonable for the amount & quality of the food you get. They always have some kind of yummy dessert.

Awesome place & super nice employees.. My mom was looking for my dad a whole catfish plate & He really enjoyed it. Which is awesome because, hes not the type person to eat just Anyones cookin..
