The road knowing the truck had already gone by but- he came by when he saw me- GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK and told me he would get it for me!!! What a wonderful guy!!! Made my day so much better (our can was packed)!

I have called them multiple times and always nice staff. Each time they delivered and picked up as they said they would. This Cullman County department does outstanding, hard work and I thank them for assisting me each time! Great job!

We've lived here a year, and the lady who answers the phone has always been helpful and kind. We've tried the regular pickup, large dumpster (one time drop off/pick up), and now have a regular bi-weekly dumpster. No problems with any service.

Glad y’all went automated.....best thing you ever did, love the new carts.....now quit making the guys get out for loose garbage & personal cans...

We work hard five days a week and all holiday except Christmas day then all routes run a day late

I don't know why the other reviewers have been so harsh with their ratings. Pickup is very regular and timely. What more can you want? Sure, it's a bit tough to find a schedule online, but holidays on pickup days aren't that often.

We can never get anyone to answer the phone so we can ssk them why don't pickup when they are supposed to the dumpster is in our apartment complex suppose to pickup on Thursday morning and still haven't came and its almost flowing over NEED IT EMPTIED TODAY

Site needs to be updated more often. MLK day is Monday but there is no notice about garbage piciup that day.

My trash wasn't pick up for the first in the past 6 years. I've never had a problem with them picking up my trash cans... I have however had a problem with the trash service where they threw my cans down the road and left them in a ditch in a neighbors yard. But didn't complain...just picked them up...now that they didn't pick up my trash and said that there is no option but to wait until next week...my trash cans are full. I have no where to put my trash until next week. They said the driver can not move a trash can a few feet. Horrible service especially that I normally don't have any problems with my trash bring picked up.

What's the point of paying for a service if you don't receive the service? We live on an easement and together have 4 trash cans that all sit by the road. Our neighbors cans were picked up but ours were not saying they weren't "4 ft apart". So now we were told we have to wait a week for them to come back and pick up trash, even though the cans were in the same spot they have been in for the past 5 years. The irony that they pick up trash and their service is trash.

After calling into the office, they have kindly responded by sending the smaller truck out here & they no longer use my driveway as their turning point. The cooperation of the sanitation department is greatly appreciated.
I have repeatedly asked the driver NOT TO USE MY DRIVEWAY to turn around!! It is tearing up my yard & driveway! It gets worse every time it rains! If they can not turn around without using MY driveway, send a smaller truck out here, or get them to come out & fix their mess!!

Garage not picked up today. Called to inquire as to why. Was told my trash can was not accessible. It is in the same spot it’s been in since they implemented the green cans 3-4 years ago. They refused to come back out & pick it up. I asked if they could bring another can for next week’s trash & was told it would be $7 OR I could bring my trash to them. So what exactly are citizens paying for? If a driver doesn’t feel like picking up your trash you are out of luck. The “supervisor” quotes notes from “his driver” but doesn’t even know which driver he’s referring to. The drivers are too lazy to do their job.

One of my trash cans was knocked over by the road, but no trash was spilled out. Due to the automated truck pick up, my trash was not picked up. When did people/companies become so lazy as to get out and do their job? It would take 10 seconds to get out and stand the trash can back up. What happened to actual trash pick up? I pay for the service….so where is the service?

Horrible! But what can we do? We have no options so we pay for a service that is provided at their convenience. Or not provided. I understand the roads are terrible. Why don’t the two departments get together and figure this out? Instead we get to talk to some greasy chick that answers the phone and is so rude even when I am trying to let them know our road is washed out AGAIN and they may not want to come doesn’t because they may get stuck. I should have just let them come down anyway.

I moved to a new house 5 months ago and have been paying for a can and pickup the whole time but still have not gotten a can or pickup. My wife has called 4 times and each time told we're on the list and will get our can "next week". It has been "next week" for 3 months now.

When I pay for trash to be picked up and the trash is in the bag and they jerk the bag up ripping the bags and then leave the trash in my driveway that's unacceptable and ridiculous. Do the job correctly, I keep my yard very nice and have to go behind them way too much and pick up their mess they made. I will add a photo of the mess they left that wasnt there and I stress again trash was in BAGS!
